If that includes the pre-season, then it's the end of the year we're looking at. If it doesn't, then we're looking at the conference championship or the Super Bowl.

I'll take the over if it's the former and the under if it's the later.

(Vikings: two and out in the playoffs is my call. Favre will be hurt and Childress will go with Jackson.)

Favre got confused in the offseason. He actually meant that he was coming back for the "Vikes" not to the Vikes.

My wife and I were in Minneapolis for a Twins game the day ESPN broke the news that Favre was retiring. We were in a bar at the time and there were alot of Twin/Viking fans there. To a person they were all glad that he wasn't coming to Minnesota. I told them not to be too sure that there was still time for him to change his mind and if he did Childress/Bevell would roll out the red carpet. Some of them laughed at me but I told them that I'd seen this routine before. Sure it enough it has come to be.

Personally I could care less what Favre does. But like it or not you have to admit that the NFC North Division is going to be one hell of a show this year. I think it's going to be pretty interesting.
