Hey Veek, I'm pretty sure the WBHR website has the game audio archived if you need to track down a recording of the end of Saturday's game--I saw you slip out a little early.  I know, I know...  When the craft fair comes to town, sometimes a guy's got to make sacrifices.

Senior running back Kellen Blaser scores from eight yards out on SJU's fourth offensive play in overtime to give the No. 6 Johnnies a 20-17 win over No. 15 St. Thomas in front of an announced crowd of 12,903.

Awesome photo ROR, if only purple 11 wasn't blocking the official signalling touchdown it would put an end to your buddy WW's p*ssing and moaning.

PRF (which I guess stands for "Pretty Rude F#@$) I think your comment regarding the broadcast is quite unfair to our guru Pat Coleman and his d3 crew. After all he does for we fans, is that the best you can come up with?

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the Stiftungsfestivities yesterday and for all the culinary delight donations. That had to be the largest turnout ever for the tailgate party. Enjoyed meeting the two Vikings cheerleaders.

Anyone else still on campus around 4:45 p.m. when the power went off throughout the entire campus? That was strange. Evidently it started in St. Joe.

Like I told people afterward, the ref DID put his hands up to signal touchdown. It was the correct call...but he held it up for about half a second. Judging by reactions, no one on the field saw it. I was standing about a foot to the left of ROR Jr's photo, so I was one of about three people who actually saw the hands go up.

Be emphatic with that call and let it rain like Reggie Miller in Spike Lee's face! Is that too much to ask?
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

I want to start with an apology if this was talked about already on the board.  I read back a few pages to check but there is only so far back that I can bring myself to read on the MIAC board.   ;)

I was watching the UWW/Stout webcast yesterday with the computer hooked up to the TV.  I muted the volume at half time and left the room.  When I returned, I realized that BDB is on the screen standing on the field with several others in some recognition ceremony.  I turn the volume up just in time to hear the announcer call out his name and congratulate him.  What did I miss?  I am guessing it may have had something to do with his being such a great supporter and booster of the Blue Devil program.  Whatever it was, I am sure it is richly deserved and my hearty congrats to a great guy!  Congrats, BDB!  You looked very handsome on TV, I must say!  Who says the camera adds 10 lbs?    ;) :D ;D

And for the record, congratulating you is well worth the smiting I always get every time I wander over here.  BTW, congrats to the Johnnies on a big win yesterday.     8)

I can't imagine it getting any better than yesterday, the crowd, tailgating, weather, game etc.  That is about as good as it gets.

Not quite what your post last night stated.

We weren't the ones on the radio. It's someone else he is being pretty rude to. And I agree, that is pretty rude!

Once again...here are the pictures I took of the TD signal to end the game.

Bench-a win and tie and a loss-you saw it all this weekend. :)

Did anyone else notice the UST players in the matching black team gear?  I thought there was either an MIAC or NCAA rule regarding the number of players that can "travel" with the team.  Does that rule just regulate the number of players that can dress on the road?  Does anybody know if the Tommies take this many guys on the road w/ them every week?
