Man purse?  Come on, some dignity please.  Next thing we know, you'll be trying to convince us of the emasculating goodness to be found in peeing while sitting down.

(PS - Hitler had a man purse.  Just sayin'.)

Hey don't be dissing man-bags! I buy them all the time...for myself! ;) They tend to be less luggage-like than many of the purses that I see in the stores these days. And what's wrong with peeing while sitting down???!!! 8)

Uhh...  Hmm...  Well there.  Call me surprised at the admission.  But there you go.  Crazy things going on in the upper North West, I guess.  :o

Great minds, BDB.  Great minds.  Maybe we were twins separated at the hospital.  I stubbed my toe earlier today - does your foot hurt?

Golly gee Clark, the very first thing I posted on here following the game was:

I'll admit, I was way off on my USTd 31, SJU 14 prediction.

I thought that was pretty to the point.

What more do you want from me?  Do you want me to stop yelling "That's maaaah boy!!!" as loud as I can in a slack-jawwed yokel's accent after every play that #13 makes?  Because I'm not going to do it.

Okay, okay, my bad. I missed that.  Maybe not what I would call eating crow exactly, but I have to consider your low-key, analytical, buttoned-up persona.  :-*  Hope you threw away any of the Tommie kool-aid you had left.

Please do not diss yokels.  Those are my people.

Would one in Pella be better?  Just kidding.  I think SJU is having a great season so far.  They have found a way to get it done.  That is a sign of a good team.  Good Luck down the stretch and if SJU by chance hosts the Dutch this year count me in for the tailgate.  I will drop down to Pella and bring some pastries.

Pick 'ems posted. Ole Hog 74 missed a week and still is in it, because everyone was pretty putrid in prognostication.

Uff-da!  I forget that even though my Oles aren't playing, the rest of you MIACers are.  I dropped the ball big time there.

After a brief hiatus from posting due to a combination crappy internet connection in my apartment and a killer exam schedule, I am ready to talk up what will be a great Olaf victory this weekend in Collegevile.

The Johnny magic surely has been in full swing this season, but will it last?  My gut says no.  This is a classic let-down scenario for SJU.  They are coming off of a hard fought victory over UST and by all rights are a heavy favorite over the Oles.  But lest we forget, this is an Olaf defense that stymied the Bethel offense and the Oles have had a bye week to prepare for the Johnny onslaught.  Coach OJ will have his crew well-prepared for Saturday and I think the offense will learn some hard lessons from the Bethel game and make the necessary adjustments.

Lingering injuries to some key Olaf players should be well healed by now and the mentality of the team is one of hunger and retribution.  They have something to prove this weekend.

The Oles will be aggressive on D-- Concannon needs to have a big game for them to be successful and I think he is up to the challenge.  Offensively they need to be mistake free up front.  The power run game will carry them if they can control the line of scrimmage.

Go Oles!

Your offense couldn't score against Carleton, how you gonna put up points against SJU?

Agreed Duff. Drinking Pig's Eye beer would be similar to having the Swine Flu.  ;D
