As usual Johnnie Esq. is spot on! I especially like the last sentance, that he is not going to waste any time discussing a 2 loss UMAC team......I love that line!  :D
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

But he will undergo an MRI today to check for a possible tear of the ulnar collateral ligament, a condition commonly known as Gamekeeper's thumb.

Interesting, made me look up Gamekeeper's Thumb

Does it really matter which below average team he was talking about?  I mean really?

The gamekeeper's thumb I got skiing turned out to be an avulsion fracture.  Good luck!

Interesting read there, props on sticking your neck out!
IMHO:
UWW is the clear number 1. I see 2 3 and 4 a complete toss up at this point, you can look at SOS and regional win loss but its all conjecture at this point. From my perspective (homer I know) Central has been the most dominant. Only 1 win by less than 14 (to the defending WIAC champ and currently tied for first place UWSP team), while dominating everyone else sans Dubuque winning by 14. Still a solid victory. If Central can win out against Wartburg and BV (both 4-3) in dominating fashion they could easily be the 2nd West team at the end of the season behind UWW as SJU has already beaten its toughes opponents as has Linfield (I believe).

Will be interesting to see it pan out!

I do see that you only had Central at 7-0 when they are 8-0.  I think that if UWSP wins this weekend over UWW that gives Central a legitimate shot at #1 in the West.  UWSP would have the inside track on the AQ for the WIAC the toughest conference in D3.  With a win over the conference champ and a 10-0 record your predicitions maybe off.  Lots to get decided in the next three weeks.  I agree that it will be very interesting to see!

In other sports I have seen significant injuries affect the seeding a team might otherwise expect to have in the NCAA playoffs.  Does that occure in the D-III seedings?

No, not unless that results in something happens on the field to justify it.
