Flash: Call me and I'll break it down for you.  You've seen how sensitive some of my Johnnie brethren can be if you show any respect or objective analysis around here...

So the President of the Classless @ssholes is now the voice of respect and objective analyzing?  Did you lose a bet to Duffman or have you actually turned a new leaf?

Touchdown Tommy's weekly column which should draw much loathing from many is now live.

TWT,

Thanks for calling the 'Cats a favorite in the West.  I see your waffling knows no end.

Pick 'em results posted! Congrats to SJU56321 for pulling out a one-point win in the regular season.

Enjoy the offseason Freebird.  It sure was nice how you weren't around much this season...or was it because Bethel wasn't any good??

WC11:  C'mon son.  Do I have to break it down for you?  The odds of winning the West vs what actually happens are 2 entirely different animals.  You know this and are trying goad TDT into further debate.  But that won't happen here (surely later at some TBD time).  I have 5 squads with the ability to win the West.  The odds are extraordinarily close, because I don't see obvious differences among the elite of the region.  I believe that St. Thomas will beat Monmouth and then beat St. John's while lose to Linfield in the West Region Final.  The toughest game of the bracket is the Central vs UMHB game.  That could go either way, but regardless of who wins I see the 'Cats beating them in Round 2 and prevailing in the West Region (see: caveat below).

Important Caveat: If Linfield comes to Collegeville on December 5th, all bets are off.  The 'Cats always feel the pressure in Cville...

Time for you to go on the record now.  I know for a fact you can't put your allegiances aside and look at this objectively, so TDT is on the edge of his seat waiting for that purple prediction...

I wish you set the odds in Vegas, everyone would make a killing.

At least Mr. President pays his bets. Thank you TDT.
Unlike Freebird who still owes someone a case of Hamm's.

So everyone knows the terms repeat, back to back and 3 peat but how are we suppose to refer to Bethel's dominance over SJU after a 4 win in a row this weekend?

Can everyone offer up at least one term we can start using Saturday late afternoon?

I'm offering up a case of Hamm's to the winner.  We can even make a poll if you guys want to have an official vote on which is the best.

The term is "impossible". Bring my Hamm's on Saturday.

Adidas has told me "impossible is nothing" so I can't except that submission.  It has to be something about Bethel winning four straight games against SJU but in a shorter form so we don't have to type all of that every time.

I hope you don't "except" my submission, but you must "accept" it and pay up on Saturday.

Good point but frankly it isn't anywhere near the level of cobbernations "Bethel 409" although if you ask nicely I'm sure he would share a few with you

Great point!  How about I come up to the game Saturday and bring two cases to share and we call it even?  One of Hamm's and one of Cobbernations choosing?

Why not? He's a team player and that's the way it's done in Collegeville this season.

We were good but not great and that is what it takes to do well in the MIAC.  The offseason has started off in very nice fashion with a sweep of the Johnnies in hockey  ;)  However that is beside the point.  Congrats to SJU on another great season.  I will certainly be cheering for you guys to do well in the playoffs.

TWT,

Why go on the record now when you already know where I stand: All 'Cats, All Day.

Objectively Yours,

Not that it means crap but if you are predicting ust(D) to beat the Johnnies in round 2, why do your odds have St John's at 5-1 and ust(D) at 15-1?

Hey...where is Around the West? Where is OAS? Could it be that TDT is the acting mouthpiece for the newlywed? All it would take is some waffles (with powdered sugar?)

I have been thinking that ustDT has been spending way too much time with OAS this season, hence his "opinions".
