If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

I've just arrived in Sydney for a day of business up here tomorrow.  It's a beautiful, very unique city.  It's a damn shame about the traffic and polution, though.  City planners back in the day laid out the place with no regard for the needs of a bulging metropolis, unlike Melbourne's planners.  Regardless of that, however, the harbour makes for a breath taking vista.  Of all the places I have visited, I reckon that only Hong Kong comes close for natural and unique beaty.
Sure enjoyed my month there a few years back. That ferry ride from Circular Quay to Manley (and a dinner at Rump and Ribs) was a highlight. It was touristy as heck but the Bridgeclimb was fun as was blowing into a blood-alcohol meter before you could go. Kingsley's Steakhouse in the CBD was a place that got multiple visits from our crew.

For North America, Vancouver comes relatively close.

Kingsley's Stakehouse... I've had a meal or two myself at that spot.

St. Thomas is going to cry like the St. Pauly girls they are after the Kohawks get done smacking them around Saturday.  You might as well stay home the whole holiday weekend or our defense will give you more lumps than your mother's mashed potatoes.  Our backs are gonna run around you faster than your grandmother's gravy around your plate.  Our receivers will make sweeter catches than your aunt's pumpkin pie.  You are going down like your cousin on a...

...ok now I'm getting carried away.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

All that with a backup quarterback?

Where is all the Coe /USTD smack?

Just trying to give the people what they want.

...and our backup is going to back you up like your mother in law's cheese log.
I'm so happy 'cause today I found my friends. They're in my head.  I'm so ugly, that's okay, 'cause so are you!

UST pre-game: Tiffany's (our favorite watering hole on Ford Parkway) will be opening at 9 a.m. and is going to be running a bus to and from the game. For all of those of legal drinking age, of course.

Hey CooCooBird,

Regarding your ground game, it looks like anytime Coo College faces a quality team, your running game averages about 44, yes a whole 44 yards a game:

Augustana - 66 Yards
Gustavus  - 46 Yards
Central - 10 Yards
St. Johns - 56 Yards

I hope you're not placing your hopes on the running game this Saturday, and forget about a romantic get-away with your girlfriend if you are at the game - the bathrooms are really small at UST.

Whoa. Let's not go overboard now. GAC was 4-6 this year and literally every win came in the final minute. It could have easily been an 0-10 year.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that's hardly the definition of quality, though Coe did POUND my Gusties 27-24 in the opener. But that's the new definition of domination, eh VOJ?
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

I knew there had to be places that opened before 11:00 am.  But "Tiffany's"?

Is there a problem with "Tiffany's"?

No no, it fits; it's perfect.  It's, uh, precious.  (Hey, it could be great, a caveman's place for all I know.)
