What if everyone in that forum butchers the English language like this?

I'll stay right here, thank you.  8-)

Where is the White Silly?  I expected him to come out of hiding for an Augie / SJU game prediction.

Still waiting for Ray Grant's breakout game (aka...first catch of the season)

According to his twitter account, he was out this week due to injury.  That must have been a huge relief to the Carleton defensive backfield.

And like that.  Poof.  He's gone.

And Macalester beats Crown.  I am very embarrassed right now.

Don't be too embarrassed ... you could be Punky Brewster, whose team turns players from S. Dakota and N. Illinois into stars. If the Brewster's not s-canned tonight, Maturi needs to go by Monday.

I know you usually don't fire college coaches during the season, but Brewster needs to be fired immediately.

OzJohnnie

I missed my picks this week which blew a great run at the top of the table.  Bummer.

I'll quickly sum up Italy:  Rome buildings are great, chicks are really hot and abundant.  Decreasing scale on both with Florence close behind followed by Venice and then a distant Milan.

Goophers are just terrible!

Here's to hoping they keep Brewster for at least one more year. I really want my Huskers inaugural season in the Big Ten to include a game against a Brewster coached squad  8-)

Brewster won't be fired.  The university president is retiring at the end of the year and Maturi only has a year or two left on his contract.  No coach worth his salt is going to want to come to the U with that much instability in the administration.  They need to get a new president and A.D. first.  The new A.D. then needs to have ace coach up his sleeve that he can bring to the U.

On another note....did anybody hear about the Tommie players that came over to Edor Nelson Field to be photographed with a couple of Johnnies?  What's the story???  There is going to a lot of people in Collegeville on Saturday.  I hope the Tommie players enjoy it because they won't play in front of crowds in excess of 8000-10000 very often.

Good article in the Strib today on Vikings Allen and Lions Kyle Vanden Bosch.

http://www.startribune.com/sports/vikings/103762354.htmlelr=KArksi8cyaiUo8cyaiUiD3aPc:_Yyc:aULPQL7PQLanchO7DiUr

Kyle was a senior for rival West Lyon HS when I was a frosh. He is an absolute beast, on and off the field. Hardest worker I've ever seen. One of only two guys to ever be named lifter of the year 3 times at Nebraska (you can only win it 3 times as freshman arent elligible). Never seen a guy dominate in HS like him!

If you want to see what the term "motor" means. Just watch KVB on each play of a possession. Relentless...
