Cobbers @ Johnnies attendance 8400
Cobbers @ Tommies attendance 1900

Must be thrilling to roll a conference opponent and have fewer fans than a Wayzata high school game.

Ah faunch, the old fall back shot at attendance...has it gotten that bad for you guys? Grasping at straws there, buddy. That's the same argument Cubs fans go to when taking shots at Sox fans.

Could Johnnietats please show DoubleO how to use the qoute button?

No...not grasping at straws...just pointing out the obvious.
I frankly don' care about the Cubs or White Sox.

I'll give the Tommie this...if they and Bethel are undefeated come October 23rd (which is a real possibility) there will be a sizable crowd at O'Shaugnessy.  It could hit 8,000.  Truth be told if the Johnnies lose to either UST or Bethel our attendance in the remaining home games will take a hit, however it will still hover around 5 to 6,000 per game.

Here comes the fly by night Tommie posters.  Reminds me of all the a$$ clown Bethel posters from the early 2000s.

Ok just had my weekly briefing with a few of the more knowledgable Johnnie backers.  Got some insider info on what to expect this weekend.  Also, heard that Junior was caught from behind after "hot dogging" it down the field on his INT Saturday?  105 can you confirm or deny this?  Where does the kid get his flare from?

Excuse me, TDT. I was not aware this was a Johnnie board.  Mother, may I? ;)

I can confirm that he had a very nice int. and was weaving though traffic and was tackled short of the end zone. 38 yard return if I recall. I did not see any "hot dogging", that's not in his DNA- he plays hard and doesn't have time to showboat, he's too busy creating chaos in opposing backfields.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Clark: My prediction speaks for itself.  I know what I'm talking about.  Bow down.

Yes - just like your prediction for a Cobber win the week before and for a Tommie win last year.  Yup, you know your stuff alright.

Nobody beats Sofa King in all of his Cobber greatness. But yeah, to come on and start dropping mess right off the bat could be whackstyle unless you got some wicked flow. (That's my Summit Ave urban vernacular.)

I'd like to see some new talent to rival my battles with Kilted Rat on the old board.

Hopefully the new posters remember two basics: (1) Conjugate verbs (2) No crackpot theories and whacky analogies at first.

If you're going to be in the DC area, may I suggest a place for a good, inexpensive meal? There's a place called "El Pollo Rico" in Arlington, on Kenmore, just south of Wilson, near the Virginia Square Orange line Metro station. Not a very varied menu: !/4 chicken, 1/2 chicken or a whole chicken, with/or without fries and slaw. When I was last there about 5 years ago, it cost about $5.50 for the 1/4 with and a cola. It's Peruvian grilled chicken and is awesome. I actually believe it is listed in Zagat. If you go for lunch, get there before 11:30 or you'll be standing outside in line.

Ha Clark can't wait to see you this weekend.  Can TDT shack up with you at the Marriott in St. Cloud (I'll bring the deviled eggs...)?  The Little Wiener Doggie has said in no uncertain terms that I'm not allowed within 100 yards of his palatial river estate...

48-10 was pretty outstanding.  Think I may have the formula again this week.

Double0: Stick around and post for more than 1 week a year yapping without reason.  This would be a start.

Official Ray Grant Jr. Tracker: 0 catches, 0 yards, 0 touchdowns...Apparently was out of game this weekend with a partially separated shoulder.  I'm sure he'll be back ready to wreak havoc on the MIAC soon.

TDT - I see that you are already stirring the pot this week.  Nothing new there.  Also, I think I stated that you were not allowed within 100 miles of my house, not 100 yards.

Wonka - I may be able to bring some diet MD to the game.  Would you like to mix it with Grey Goose?  I'm not used to bringing sodas to the game but I will see what I can do.

Clark - nice int by # 13.  It was fun listening to the play on the radio.  I wish he would have scored.

Bench - last year campus security requested that we use various combinations of styles and colors for our cups as it was TOO obvious that alcholic beverages were being consumed when everyone had red cups.  Bring whatever color mug or container you want to but make sure it isn't clear or opaque.

Looking forward to an epic battle this Saturday.  I can't wait.

Go JOHNNIES!!!!
Go Johnnies!!!

"yapping without reason", do tell.

Truth is, I've been around for awhile, just don't typically have much interest in joining what is typically a Johnnie smoke fest. Being that it is Johnnie week, I thought I would indulge.

I will continue to post as little or often as I'd like. Try not to let it get to you.

I figured it out...

OO= Mr. Ray Grant Jr.

Think about it...

Rage from seeing all of the non-believer's in him on this board.
Struggles to type due to partially separated shoulder.
Dislike for the Johnnies more than USTD because Hamline hasn't played USTD yet.

It is all coming together.  I'm either on something or onto something.

I am going with on something.

So guys, going to be in Collegeville next weekend. Leaving at noon from Grand Forks Friday and staying in St. Cloud. I assume you'll all be in the south endzone per usual. TDT, I'm not stopping in Sauk Centre to get Hamms if you don't drink any. Also bringing 3 dudes that have never seen the rivalry in person. One is the director of media relations for UND athletics. Looking forward to seeing all you guys.

Bench-
As long as you're bringing the brass, why don't you drag Hakstol and his Irish Pa-in-law along, too? They each owe me a case of Hamm's and a fine cigar.
