Anybody ever watched this video clip?  The stiff arm by the Florida St player at the 1:14 mark is wicked.

:-[ You got me.  Though I first tried a Boolean search for "St. Benjamin OR St. John's" AND "Attractive Girl" and nothing turned up.  Google was the best I could do.

Much easier to find a tommie girl, just try porn.  And then there's bench, looking for yet another free ride.
Everyday is payday in paradise.

If I wanted a free ride, I'd find a Bennie, slap her thigh, and ride the wave into St. Cloud.

Hey, Chester - you might consider why your schtick wears so quickly and so poorly on those who by all rights might be your friends.  And then consider how it wears on the rest of us.

It'd be the most action you've gotten in a while, I suppose.

A tradition unrivaled...

Baaaaaaaaahzing! Glad you could step up in KR's absence Duffman. But as we all know every action has a reaction, and if some die hard Tommie fan gets drunk in central Minnesota and goes hogging with a Benny we end up with those made up of the same ilk as one TDT. And we wouldn't want that to happen.

Looking forward to Saturday-just wish I could be there.

What is Wartman's status?

This game reminds me of '93 (Scanlan's first) when a 5-1 UST team went into Collegeville undefeated in Miac play and faced a 6-0 Johnnie team that they had beaten the year before. Alot of hype was made That game out of hand q-u-i-c-k. Hope Saturday is not the same. All that said, I think this Tommie team is considerably better than that one.

Hey Clark, it's time to NUT UP OR SHUT UP. Put your money where your big mouth is, old man.

I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

If that's the case, I retract my post. I didn't get that impression, though, with their posts being so far apart.

Welllll....here goes.

I admit that when it comes to my sports teams I tend to be a pessimist but I don't think that's the reason
I have a bad feeling about the Johnnies chances on Saturday.

If I were St. Thomas I would bring 7 or 8 up to stop the run, force the pass rush and make Boyle beat me.
I'd focus my coverage on Overman because he's about the only receiver that Boyle looks to throw to.
Either the SJU receivers have difficulty getting open or Boyle has a hard time finding and deciding who he wants to throw to.... or it's a combination of the two issues.  Truth is that he holds the ball too damn long.

The Johnnie D is good but not great and will need a pass rush and turnovers to have a chance.  The offense needs to keep them off the field.

I actually believer there is far more pressure on the Tomcats to win this game and that could be a factor.  On paper they are suppose to win this game.

I love my Johnnies and I hope they prove me wrong but I feel like the "The School That Must Not Be Named" (that's what my 6 and 10 year old daughters call UST) might win by 10.

Like Duffman I'm just going to sit back and enjoy the day.  The unique factors that have created this event are known to all that read this board.
To any possible football recruits  attending the game...I would remind them that there are few D3 schools in the country and only one MIAC school where you will regularly have the opportunity to play in the kind of environment that you will see on Saturday. Coach Caruso has said that he wants his players to have the chance to play in these kinds of big games.  At SJU it's a reality that you will.

Looking forward to Saturday.
Go Johnnies!

Aw, look - it's Sonny Bubbles, Chester's man-servant and alter ego who shows up expecting others to feed him.

Veek

Clark - +k for being on top of your game today.  Chester and Sonny Bubbles?  I'm still laughing.

What's even better is that Chester is all of a sudden MIA.  Unfortunately, I'm certain that he will resurface.

GO JOHNNIES!!
