So should we bring the Stiftungsfestivities to Carleton Saturday morning?

I vote yes.

Do they sell Bud at the Alerus? If so, drink plenty so you can keep my counsins in business running Dakota Sales.

The Kiefers! I tailgate with them, the Bud is always flowing at the Urban Assault Vehicle.

Now that was a low blow!!!  :P

Yep, I will have to tell Rick and Randy to stay away from you!
Their suite at the Ralph is pretty nice and the only place for BUD.

+k Bench.  My personal favorite is 12.

With all the rumors swirling around Caruso, perhaps that should say UST?    8-)
(At least we're trying to get the rumors swirling.)  :o

MIAC related Halloween costume ideas (Common Man is my muse):

1) Pair of stilts to make myself 7 foot 3 and go as SJU's record this year
2) I could pin a bunch of zeros to me horizontally and go as Ray Grant's stat line
3) I could wear a red shirt with 3 tiny purple dots on it and go as an aerial view of Bench and his friends at Stiftungfest
4) I could wear a purple shirt with a giant white question mark on it and go as the average Tommie fan's knowledge of football
5) I could wear a Scarlet Knight's jersey with some hip waders and go as a Carleton player on his way to practice
6) I could carry around an old paint bucket and nothing else and go as Hamline's trophy case
7) I could wear a Michigan Wolverine's helmet and go as a Gustavus player
8) I could wear a wrestling singlet and go as the best athlete on Augsburg's campus
9) I could not dress as anything in sit in my room on Halloween and go as a Bethel student
10) I could hire a tutor from Carleton to follow me around all night and go as a St. Olaf player
11) I could wear something old and outdated and go as Concordia's playbook.
12) I could wear a Hamline windbreaker and a headset and go as Tim Brewster in 2011
Actually number 13 is:
I could wear a sweater vest and a purple necktie with a headset and go as 2011 UST football coach Glenn Mason.

skunks - I did realize that Shorts did not play, but I don't know his status and if he'll be back. Any insight?

Bench - My all time favorites would be:

!.) Wear a potato on my johnson and go as a Dictator.
2.) Wear a jock on my face and go as  a crotch.

I say that both UWW and Mount are not unbeatable.

How about bennie's C-Bus Blue Jackets beating last years two Stanley Cup finalist in succession?

The Meaning of Life:

On the first day, God created the dog and said:
'Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years.'

The dog said: 'That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I'll give you back the other ten?'

So God agreed.

On the second day, God created the monkey and said:
'Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span.'

The monkey said: 'Monkey tricks for twenty years? That's a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back ten like the Dog did?'

And God agreed.

On the third day, God created the cow and said:
'You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer's family. For this, I will give you a life span of sixty years.'

The cow said: 'That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. How about twenty and I'll give back the other forty?'

And God agreed again.

On the fourth day, God created man and said:
'Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I'll give you twenty years.'

But man said: 'Only twenty years? Could you possibly give me my twenty, the forty the cow gave back, the ten the monkey gave back, and the ten the dog gave back; that makes eighty, okay?'

'Okay,' said God, 'You asked for it.'

So that is why for our first twenty years we eat , sleep, play and enjoy ourselves. For the next forty years we slave in the sun to support our family.. For the next ten years we do m onkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren. And for the last ten years we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone.

Life has now been explained to you.

There is no need to thank me for this valuable information. I'm doing it as a public service

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Mr. Ypsi

ROR, my parents will turn 92 and 93 next week, and have no front porch.  Please explain! ;)

[BTW, hilarious: +k. ;D]

Knightstalker

According to ROR theory I have another 11 years of slaving until I become a monkey.  If the Stalkerette makes me a grandpa when she is only 19 I may have to put my foot up her ass.   >:(

It's a "turf toe" type of thing.....soooo....a week...a month......who knows?  It has been discussed that he will give it a go this week in practice to see how it goes.

Mount is definitely beatable this year (and of course I meant by someone other than UWW, because we already know they can and will do so).
