More than that D.O.C.

Yeah, what a messed up bracket.  No comment other than that before I do some serious research.

OK......$280 RT from CAK to MSP.  IF Mount and UST...D  ;D get there, I will be in MinnERsoda.

I am recruiting Your Honor to see if you would grace yourself in our presence, and bring some of that alleged "wonder meat" with you.  I would be happy to supply a culinary delight, and a few interesting beverages as well.

DUFF.....I know I can count on you!  You have Mount gear.   ;)

Well can't say i'm surprised bethel made it.  However I do think if they meet again in the playoffs in conditions like i saw in collegeville on saturday the game would go to bethel.  Also, they have a tough route to get to that point since in my opinion linfield would be there toughest test of the year.  I wouldn't be surprised if Linfield came in and took down st. thomas.  I'd say it's one of the tougher brackets.  Bethel would definitely have the harder time though playing wartburg and then wheaton.  Of course after that would be MU, as their bracket doesn't look to imposing, and well i don't think either team can keep up with them.

On a side note how the heck does the reigning national champs get a 2 seed in any region after pounding everyone all year long.  I think their closest game was a win by like 20.

The only good thing I can think of for UST(d) being ranked number one: the UWW's on the WEEEEEACK board are whinging like champion whinging Poms.  They are even whinging that they aren't whinging, a level of boldness that even Brits rarely dare.

Another echo on the "I can't believe UWW didn't get a #1 seed" bandwagon.  That is plain messed up.

If that happens, I will be there.

Skunks_sidekick, if it does happen, you can count on me to bring the Stiftungsfest burgers. I just gave away about 50 burgers this weekend since I couldn't make the trip to Collegeville on Saturday because of the weather.

IF that happens, I can with predict with a reasonable amount of certainty that there would be a sighting of RAIDERGUY in Minny.  Yes, he is alive and kicking!   ;D

Johnnie Red

If RAIDERGUY could make it, hopefully we could get Jenn Sterger to also make an appearance. ;D

USTBench

As a total UST rube, I gotta say I'm suprised by such a good draw. Also Mt. Union opens up with a 5-5 squad? Strip that conference's automatic bid.

Isn't next year the year the UMAC gets an auto bid? The NCAA is adding AQ, not deleting them.

I think you're right. Pool C is only going to get more uphill.

But adding the UMAC champ to the West brings a nice rd 1 bye for another top West seed  ;D

Pat Coleman

The two new conferences with automatic bids next year will probably keep Pool C as is and subtract two bids from Pool B, for what it's worth.

Nice! Thanks for the expert input Pat, as always.
