Good luck this weekend Bethel.  The DIII world outside of MN is betting against you, but I believe in the power of power football.  Keep their offense off of the field, keep it close, and let the chips fall where they may.

I would like to see Mt challenged at least one time should they make it to the Stagg Bowl.

Oh lord....here we go.   ::)  Hey "Emma"....please.....stop.  Leave it for next week if it's to be.

Seventies (and HSCoach for that matter) has been openly rooting for UW-W to LOSE, not get challenged. And now you give us a "here we go"? Cmon Skunks!   ;D

Abso-freaking-lutely I'm rooting for anyone other than Whitewater!  I'm getting sick of seeing you guys.

Especially with your copy-cat purple & black uni's.
LOL.  I prefer the copy-cat black & black uni's.  Won both national championships wearing those.   ;) :D ;D

I took Wesley and the points. Who do I think wins. I see it as a toss up.  Sorry, I don't hold this year's WW team in awe.

On the other hand, I have a perfect 4 in the bracket, so let's not say I don't respect Minnesota teams. Just not betting the house on Wisconsin teams this year ;D Bethel has been a favorite of mine all year

And I think "not get challenged" openly under estimates the challenge in front of WW in Delaware this weekend

So would we, the double monkey-stump 4 years ago set us up for disaster. Play us hard, don't give up, keep the starters on the field (and hopefully Mount wins by a FG or an extra point  ;D :D ;D)

Is Ohio wine country?  The cheese and whine are going together so well on this board that it's making me hungry.

Oz.....Ohio wine sucks.  The cheese....not too bad.  Swing by the next time you are in the U.S., and I will hook you up with some fine Ohio Amish swiss cheese and Trail bologna.  It doesn't get any better than that!

I think your starters will get plenty of rest on Saturday-Skunks and Seventies-as said before-I just don't see this game within 30-much like last week for your team.
But enough football, Duff, is ice fishing on up there?
Fins-how is the Hamms?

I have not been out, but plenty of folks are getting on the ice.

Hamm's is plentiful and ice fishing was good. I was on Lake Kabetogama spearing last Thursday-Sunday. Enough ice for us to drive snowmobiles and 4 wheelers out. A bit slower than other years but still took some fish.

Either you are playing word games or you misunderstood my point.  I wasn't commenting on the challenge that lies in front of UW-W. I was commenting on the fact that Emma17 simply expressed the hope that Mount would "get challenged".  Then Skunks gave us a "here we go". I just noted that HSCoach and YOU, have openly either rooted against UW-W or picked against UW-W. Maybe you think this weekend's game in Wesley is a toss up, but you picked UW-W to LOSE last week.

I know you'd like the easiest path possible to the championship, but that's not often how it works.  ;)

For the record, I'm not picking UWW to lose, as my spread in the OAC Pick-Em indicates.  However I am actively hoping that they do.

Same as I'm sure the Whitewater faithful would much rather play Bethel next week instead of Mount Union.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Sorry, I didn't think you's get lucky last week ;) ;) ;) and I didn't think Wesley would beat Mary Hardin Baylor either, so...given the games you both played last week..................................................wait for it.....................................I see a close game in Dover.

And if your buying all that, I'm petitioning the NCAA to prohibit anyone named Lance from coaching anything but field hockey. It's demeaning to the sport.  :o :o :o

You can smack me when you see me in Salem.

Or we could make things really interesting - BOTH teams wear all black! ;D
