Off topic, but keep Frank R. in your thoughts today. Gannett, which owns the Times, is laying off 700 newspaper people today. Not sure how many in St. Cloud (stoopid media! they deserve it! Can't wait to read the online comments). The Johnnies get probably the best coverage of any D3 program in the country. Hell, forget probably. They do. And Frank's work is a big part of that.

Shouldn't we be applauding this?  If UST wants to serve beer before football games, they can't be too far from getting rid of some of the tailgating rules.

They're all irreplaceable, right?  Our irreplaceable, who will be replaced (ably I am sure) by Jake King or maybe one of the guys in that article, is home for a few days before heading off to Japan for a year.  How time flies.

As this weekend marks the half-way point of Summer( yea like we have enjoyed nice weather here in MN to date!) that means that the countdown to kick-off2011 rolls on for those partial to a certain team located behind the Pines in Stearns County!

Articles(which John cannot control like a video feed) are indeed being posted on JF.com to hopefully ease the long wait till kick-off2011!
