It's a good thing you're not a psychologist.  You seem to consider thoughtful analysis and the occasional jab as an attempt at displaying superior intellect.  I didn't know this board was only allowed to accept the base comments of knuckle-draggers.  If so, one might ask why we're all here.  And though I understand the spirit of your message, technically you do make someone richer by making someone else poorer.

Good God, enough of the self-declared thoughtful analysis.  Your analysis isn't thoughtful.  It's shallow and predictable.

And stupid.  Were I to burn one of your $20 bills, you would be poorer and no one would be richer.

True, but if you STOLE one of his $20 bills, he would be poorer but you would be richer! ;D

John Maynard Keynes called. He wants his failed economic theory back.  ;)

The 2008 market collapse called, you may want to re-examine some Keynesian theories.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that market collapse.

Good thing we now have booming economic growth in the three years since thanks to $787 billion dollars of Keynesian stimulus.
I wish we would've spent multiple trillions. Just imagine how much more prosperous our economy would be then!

I guess I should pray for the fake alien attack that Paul Krugman suggests we need. Then we can pay Bill Pullman, Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum trillions of dollars to fight the (fake) aliens and stimulate the economy.

Captain Steven Hiller: What do you say we try that again?
David Levinson: Yes, yes. Yes. Without the "oops".
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

Alien attack, World War III, either way the military industrial complex pulled America out of a depression in the 1940s, could work again. And have you seen those Chrysler commericals? Yeah, Ndomakong Suh driving to an Eminem song. Detroit is back.

Quit being a hippy.

See what I did there? Me neither. I think I just went cross-eyed.

Keynesian economics and the military industrial complex conversations with a SJU football fan in November. You guys need to get good at football again.

The Jerk Store called..... Oops. Wrong show.

Economists never run out of hands. i.e. "On one hand....."

I think we've identified a weakness.

I'm not a psychologist, nor do I play one on TV, but Mr MIAC seems to be trying so hard to display a superior intellect, he must have deficiencies in other areas. Now, I will leave to determine just what they are.

By the way, you don't make someone richer by making someone else poorer.

He's trolling DC cocktail parties looking for Ivy League grads who have heard of UST.

Speaking from experience, I strongly suggest keeping politics out of the discussion here.  It tends to generate bad feelings.

True dat rat (no one look to my comment re: sagatag above).

So... pretty lively discussion about this U$T first round matchup...

Who do we think the U$T/CSS winner will be playing in round 2?  Monmouth and the Arm or Wesleyan and the D?

Does he hang them up? I can't imagine JG walking away with that 63-7 pasting still lingering.

According to the SC Daily Planet barring a satellite crashing down on him from space, John will return next season.
