Mr. Ypsi

To paraphrase the United Negro College Fund slogan:

A kerfuffled mind is a terrible thing to post! 8-)

(Confound it, 82 deleted the post I was responding too - trust me, it was a GREAT joke! :P)

check that....63-7...pretty painful too, huh?

Ouch.

I'm going out to have some lunch now and get a tear drop tattooed at the corner of my eye.

And yes, I know ypsi was speaking to me.  Or at least to a group including me.  I'll take it under advisement...

82 dont think you are ****ing immune. Dlip loves him some 82 as well as some ypsi!

Repete, dlip recalls that conversation. It really is about the power team, or lack there of, that is responsible for perceptions. Basically any team that has to go through Udub or muc becomes immediately done for the season. Even the semi-finslists are all but forgotton right? Does that mean there entire region is week? All we really have had to go on is how well erts have played muc. They have played them no worse and arguably better then most othets havent they?

**** the tear drop Oz, go ****ing Tyson. ****, you guys beat RPI years back, what else is there to accomplish? Ahhhh, being the "sharpest" poster on a d3 site? Could be...

Usually, talking (or writing) in the third person, should be reserved for intellectual endeavors such as those engaged in by Mike Tyson, and his ilk. But seeing as dlip is such an expert at it, maybe we can all get into that flow.
I'll leave that up to those who have the intellectual depth, and not engage myself.

The only question to be answered, is whether UST beats this St John as badly as they beat my St John's.

The third person talk comes from the way we talk on the llpp board.Nothing more than that. Feel free to chime the **** in.

Mr. Ypsi

Another thing (besides 3rd person) you need to be aware of from llpp (and now the whole East region) is that the best day of the week is SatERday.

It is really fun cruising lots of boards - more of you should try it! ;)

BUT, be like Mr. Ypsi - don't be a troll! 8-)

(I expected to come in here last week as an enemy combatant, but Monmouth took us out.  I therefore had a predisposition for Monmouth on 'SatERday', but now no longer have a dog in this fight.)

Can you explain this one?

Dlip: While MUC and UWW are a tough draw for anyone, especially the last six years, comparing scores in losses is always tricky. The more interesting question is why are the only teams to break through from the West?

Does anybody know where the **** that football game between UST and SJF is going to be played?  Is that ******* game going to be on the ******* radio again?  I guess if it is, we will have to listen to Dave **** Lee again.

I can't - I don't know if any of the east region guys can.  It is now a tradition; my guess is that changing the 'ur' to 'er' is a nod to East Region, but that is only my guess.

No.  It is in homage to an Alfred (I Think)  player (posting on the board while still a player) spelling it incorrectly.

boobyhasgameyo

It originated from an Alfred football player (a current one at the time) was talking a little bit of trash before their matchup against Ithaca.  He spelled Saturday like Saterday and everybody ran with it.  Alfred lost if anybody is curious.

Thanks, pg04 and booby; I took it as just one of those traditions that who knows where it came from, it's a dlippin' tradition! ;D

Good to know the backstory.

(Why do I get the feeling that there are now about to be 5 posts about the academic qualifications of Alfred football players? ;D  Except, I just remembered, we are on the MIAC board - no one gives a dlip about Alfred! 8-))
