Umm ... guys? It's halftime. Not saying (nor expecting) that SJF will come back and win, but the Linfield folks were feeling pretty happy at the half last week and look how that turned out.

After seeing the ineptitude displayed by the SJF offense and defense, I think this game is very, very different.  SJF finishes in the middle of the pack in the MIAC at best.

You do know that SJF is playing their 3rd string QB today right?

It appears they've played a few QBs.

This makes the MIAC the only conference to have three different teams represent the conference in the semi-finals, going back to 1999 (can't find records from before then).

AO you are way off base pal. Your pride and confidence in your team and/or region are admirable, but they are clouding your ability to listen to reason. Reason in which many very dedicated and smart D3 fans feel is very close to reality. Just back up for a moment. Why should St. Thomas be looked at as that much better than Del Val? Or say a JHU football team that won their conference in the south and came into the playoffs undefeated with a Gagliardi Nominee at QB. The same thoughts can be applied to them; weak conference and/or schedule right? Yet SJF beat them on the road in the first round; that W must hold some water to a rational D3 fan. To dlip, St. Thomas is a better team than Johns Hopkins because overall dlip feels they have a more impressive body of work to be undefeated. It is very rational to think that St. Thomas is not a "ton" better than these teams though and your base that the east is "weak" is just does not make all that much sense. If St.Thomas homgonizes the Cardinals this weekend than dlip will give you some do credit. However, unless you have seen all of these teams play, and have a very well balanced and supported opinion on relative strength, you are pretty much talking out of your poop shoot.

well done UST on the win, and lets give the warhawks a game next weekend

Dlip watched some of the game and was very impressed, without questiong, with UST. This is an excellent football team and program not doubt! Dlip wishes them the very best, they deserve it! I look forward to watching their next game. Hopefully it is streamed online. Congrats to both teams, but Today the better team won. This does not change hazz**** from being a complete ****ing tool though.
