The tradition of Festivus begins with the Airing of Grievances.  I got a lot of problems with you people.  Now, you're gonna hear about 'em.

Festivus is for the rest of us!

I think a board rule should be all Seinfeld references get a +K.

Merry Christmas to everyone on the MIAC PP.

Yes, I know not all of you have been good, and some of you are even Tommies, but in the spirit of the season, my wishes for a Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy New Year to all of you knuckleheads.

Click here for your Christmas present from Finsleft. (I've also left a lump of Christmas karma in your stocking)

That song is exceptionally well done.  It is worth a listen.

Merry Christmas MIACPP!

SagatagSam

Merry Christmas to all on MIAC PP. I've been away for far too long (sulking after yet another West Point loss to those fellas from Annapolis).

I'm back in MIAC Country for a few weeks as Uncle Sam was kind enough to grant me a few days of leave.

A few days ago I went for a walk around some of the lesser known parts of campus in Collegeville. I found some pretty neat stuff. (Particularly I found the logging trail north of the baseball stadium interesting as well as the peninsula on the south edge of Lower Stumpf Lake). It's hard to believe that I've been connected to campus for almost a decade now and I still find stuff that I was completely unaware of.
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

Merry Christmas to one and all, blessed be the Day and the New Year
Everyday is payday in paradise.

The tunnels under campus are pretty cool.  And there is some interesting stuff on the mezzanine in the Great Hall.  Best thing I found on campus, though, was the abbey's storage room for booze.  :o

A tradition unrivaled...

Well, the weather is off but we still made the beach.  Best part is the early morning golf today with another round tomorrow.  We're playing at Anglesea with about 1000 kangaroos all over the place.  This is a definite must visit for a tourist.  I forget how many Roos (and how many natural hazards they leave scattered on the fairways) there are here until I come to play every couple years.

I hope you're all having a good Christmas. New Year's will be back in Melbourne for us.  Weather is supposed to continue to be rainy and cold.  Bummer.
