"Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a difference in the world, our veterans don't have that problem."-Ronald Regan

The willingness of America's veterans to sacrifice for our country has earned them my eternal gratitude & utmost respect. Happy Veterans Day!

Absolutely! Well said DoubleO

Johnnie vs. Bethel Game Story/Reflection on a a lot of things.

"Almost like clock-work the Twin Cities media circled around Royal Stadium like vultures with cameras and recording devices trying to get some kind of big announcement from John Gagliardi regarding his retirement."

Only the St. Paul Pioneer Press expected (pushed for) an announcement. The rest of us knew better.
If that's true, then based on the articles I read from Frank and Patrick, they were thankful that the question was asked.  Does anyone have a transcript of what Gags said?

Pat Coleman

I videotaped it but haven't had time to post.

The question needed to be asked once, no doubt ... not sure the issue needed to be pressed as hard as it was.

If it's OK with everyone over there, SNC will bringing its hockey team instead!

Kidding aside, congrats to the Tommies on a good season and I hope SNC is more than a speedbump for you.

Bethel in, Cobbers out.
Ouch baby...very ouch.
that end of game penalty vs Bethel has proved to be the most costly penalty ever.
After the game, the king and pawn go into the same box.

Seriously!

I like Bethel's matchup as well.

Big winners are the 'North' & 'West' brackets. Mount and UMHB are set to face off in the semis!

Whaddya know about Concordia-Chicago?

Not much, except that they are almost certainly the worst #2 seed in d3 history.  I'd predict a 40 point win by Bethel.

UST is fortunate that Oshkosh is in the Linfield bracket.  On paper looks like a pretty clear path to the semis.

They definitely have about as nice a bracket as they could have asked for. Linfield and Oshkosh stuck together and Mount & UMHB set to play in the Semis.

Like every team, UST has plenty of work left, but the path to the Stagg is actually set up pretty nicely for UST if they hold serve.
