The great AFL performance enhancing drugs controversy continues apace at Essendon. The CEO resigned this morning and the Chairman refused to answer questions on if this was the end. It's looking like a systemic program, potentially with players being deceived, may have been in place and almost every player being suspect. The club could face disillusion and the players all face multiple-year bans. Their season continues while the investigation is ongoing.

High drama.

Yeah, I reckon the collapse is coming. They started fast out of the blocks last season as well and failed to make the playoffs. They started this season with a pretty easy schedule and are yet to face Geelong, Hawthorn or Sydney.

Fasching has some idea that hitting is a good idea?  Shouldn't college kids know how to tackle?  Or can't they figure that out?  I suppose when you get your ass handed to you by (C)UST in recruiting you don't really know who can play......because you aren't getting anybody

Huge. Surprisingly giant.

That post is funny, though.  It starts off condemning Fasching for abandoning some of the principles of "No" and then condemns the "selection process" presumably for being corrupt and picking Gagliardi Lite. It's almost like our friend in Texas really, really wanted someone else to get that job and he's still hurt over the outcome.
