There was a fall-like chill in the air this morning.  It'll be football season before you know it...bittersweet.  :-\

I hear ya.  I always sort of feel guilty about being excited for football season, since it comes at the cost of losing Summer.

Fall is alright, but winter follows, and I hate, hate, hate winter.  >:(

That is for sure! I am up in the central/northern part of MN this week with the family & decided to sleep in rather than go out on the lake in the rain/wind& 50 degree weather! Definitely has me thinking football!

All I can say is thank goodness for the 23.4 degree tilt in the Earth's axis.

C'mon, Duff - last winter was a bit extreme, but they're not all like that.  Heck, you'd hate the rain we get in the winter; and sometimes it gets down into the 40s at night.  Count your blessings. 8-)

I stand by my statement.  Winter is awful.  I'd love to move to a tropical climate.  People say you miss the seasons.  I couldn't care less about that.

Oz, do you have room for a family of four plus a Great Dane?  Just for a few months, till we can find jobs and a house.

It's the great dane that would push Mrs Oz over the edge. I feel like asking her just to see the reaction.

Tommie's vs. Johnnies... if you were to handicap the game now before the season what would the spread be??? Just wondering if I were a betting man ;D

You are joking right?

UST
*3-Time National Coach Of the Year
*National Runner-Up 2012
*A boat load of returning, experienced players

SJU
*Retirement of the winningest coach in the history of the game
*Rookie head coach- trying to cobble together a squad after the worst W-L record in decades
*Game being played at UST-with game time being 1:10PM- Evil Neighbor- are you kidding.....

Handicapping this one is a no-brainer
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!
