I will be back next week to get this conversation on the right track.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

+K "GROOVY" as in Groovy Brew. I, for one, can't wait to read your insight on the upcoming season!  8-)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Holy crap!  He's back.  We (ROR, Section 105, and myself) were just wondering about you at UW-RF last week.

Still planning to attend the festivities in Collegeville this Saturday but apologies in advance that I will not be pulling my pork at the tailgate.   ;)  Too much going on to fire up the smoker on Friday night....driving to Nicollet to watch my brother coach and nephew play.  Maybe later in the season I can bring some smoked animal flesh up to the pre-game.

Can't wait for UST to play tomorrow! The game starts around 5:00 pm for me out here in Vegas. I wonder who proposed to play this game on Thursday, as both teams will have a few extra days to prepare for their first conference game of the season.

Having two fewer prep days is a lot like Stagg Bowl week, actually. If the Stagg is on Friday, it's a six-day week but one of those days is a travel day.

Flash, great to have you back.  Looking forward to your deeply insightful analysis of the statistics.  ;)  And that other stuff you post too.  ;D

Caruso wanted two more days to prepare for the J's.  8-)

Last insightful post from Flash, almost a year ago:

"To drink tonight, or not to drink. That is the question. Let's take a vote....and the results are in, drink 1...not drink 0. The drinks have it."

I always love Janesville Flash -- was my nickname until 6th grade, when I lost my straight-forward speed. Our own Robert Zimmerman then took over that name.

It would be nice to hang 80 on them.

Of course 80 would show poor sportsmanship; let's keep it in the low 60s...

On an unrelated note, I found this story interesting.  Maybe even our SJU brethren will enjoy it...

Wow 80? Wouldn't that be crazy...I suspect that UST is going to let off the gas tomorrow once they pull way ahead.  Exactly what they did to Eau Claire. I know that they are traveling with some 3rd and forth stringers for tomorrow so they can get more experience...if River Falls rolls over and UST is presented with the opportunity we will see more young UST talent.  I don't think SJU will get that from UST, all the kids are extremely excited and they can't wait for that game!  I would agree that UST should to try to keep it under 60. ;D

Chicago Tommie,

What gives with the rather tame, uncontroversial post?  Your smite to post ratio is sitting at a measly 30%.  You need to hit the gas if you're going to reach and exceed my 67%.

PS: Prediction...UST - 66, SJU - 10 (slight improvement for both teams).

Yeah I hear you, but when your own fan base and Pat tell you to dial it down you sit in the corner and bit your tongue for awhile.  But I can't help myself I enjoy the BS once in a while ;D...UST Johnny game will be great...I look forward to the game, maybe the Johnny's can hold UST to 50?
