Ahhh, happy anniversary, VOJ.  She must be a tolerant woman...

I think I said this on the game board, but will repeat it here, this was my favorite Johnnie game since beating the mount for the title
My best is the '63 title game but this is right up there.

Couple of the interceptions were due to pressure on QB and bad decision to throw. The fumble on the punt was just a dumb play. Overall-3-4 were due to good pressure by D

So, any predictions on where the MIAC teams are in the Top 25 next week?

And that was almost a pick 6 on the last drive as well. Johnnie D made some big plays out there

I didn't believe the call for a solid 10 seconds after the missed FG.
My neighbors must think I'm crazy.

Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

Bethel up to 6.  Tommies at 10.

Ask Ron Doney. No wait. Don't!   ;D

Last loss in the conference for the Tommies? October 2009...against the Johnnies in OT. (Bethel beat them in playoffs in 2010).

So four of the six Caruso-led Tommie-Johnnie games have come down to 1 play, past 2 seasons were only exception.

Can't get the audio - is it VOJ's anniversary?  It's also Veek's anniversary.  Gotta remember the date.

BDB, I think the boys on the field gave us the help we needed here.

He said he's going out to dinner tonight with his wife.  17 years.

SJU 25?

I reckon SJU can crack the top 25 with a victory over CON next week.  Rankers may rate this win a adrenaline fueled major rivalry rather than an indication of Johnnie competitiveness.

SJU 25?

I could see it. They are 3-0 with wins over 2 WIAC schools and the then #2 team on the road. They've certainly got the name recognition to make that sort of jump. If they get a W next week they are a lock for the Top 25. And that Cobber-Johnnie game just got a lot more interesting!

Helps that Augsburg, who was knocking on the door at 26, barely won today at home (although I think GAC is just improving...they've been playing everyone better of late)
