But the former Mankato West standout completed just 15 of 48 passes for 178 yards with two interceptions combined in losses to Wisconsin, Michigan State and Syracuse to finish the season

maybe its just me, but based on these stats, I find it funny that Nelson wants to transfer to a pass-oriented program. Shouldn't you be an accurate passer to be wanting that?

But "everyone" knows that dropped passes are the fault of the receivers, right?

Let me guess, art. You used to catch the ball back in the day, right? ;)

No, but I did get to touch the ball on every offensive down - I was a center.  :)

Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody

Busted for smoking Mary Jane.  I wonder if Colorado schools will be able to play high now.

Wow...he will be the most athletic player in that league bar none.  I really don't like it that SJU has to play them in the opening game of the season.  He will be tough to cover.

There must be a million jokes with that punchline now.  Has anyone seen a Photoshop of Mile High Stadium with a haze of pot smoke?  One must have been done already.

Robert Zimmerman

I know people on this board are not real big basketball fans, but SJU just upset UST in hoops tonight.  SJU chanted "Just Like Football" at the end of the game.

Nice. Wednesday night could be a good game - Augsburg vs. UST at UST. Might have to check that out.

Never gets old, indeed.  So, upsets of the Tommies in the big two sports.  We play UST in hockey in about a month and baseball later this spring.  Is a clean sweep of the biggest sports in the offing?

Some over in the WIAC area would say he made a step up. I'm not sure they aren't right.

It appears the Tommies are going to dodge the Andre McDonald bullet as they are not on the UWRF schedule for the 2014 season.  Any idea who the Toms will play on the non conference portion of their schedule?
