As I always tell my daughters, "You can't go on a date when you're locked in a mountainside convent."  I just trust they value their freedom more than boys.

Thought you beer fans would enjoy this PBR article:

$3 seats and $3 beer Thursdays at the ballgame.  What a great way to spend a summer night.  It's things like this that make me homesick from time to time.

I was on a golfing boys weekend just a few days ago and starting talking about the Saturday night dirt track races and demolition derby at the Grand Rapids Fairgrounds.  That made me a little homesick as well.

EDIT: It's still exactly like I remember.  Homesickness galore.

Minny scores the game winner with .6 seconds to go in the national semi-final game.

Life is good.  8-)

Flights are booked. I'll be back for the family weekend against Carleton. See you there with bells on. Literally. I have a mankini made from red silk and silver bells.

Can someone explain to me how Union College can be D1 in hockey yet D3 in just all other sports.  It doesn't make any sense to me.
