The start time of the Johnnies first road game was push backed. Haven't they typically played night games when they've traveled to UW-EC?

I believe all the games at Eau Claire, with the possible exception of the playoff game (don't remember where that was played) since the current series began.  Personally, I like the night games.  Keeps me free during the day and it's a unique experience playing under the lights.  The awesome Blue Gold band also seems better under the lights.

And yes, that 2002 game sucked.  I'm not like most of you guys with your photographic memories on plays that happened 20-40 years.  I remember that one pretty well.  Caused me to loose a bet with an EC grad after I'd been trash talking to him all week.

My wife whom I recently just got married to, says that about me. She says that it appears as if I have highlights of the full seasons in my head.

Can't believe this hasn't been noted yet, but Frank reported news from the SJU luncheon: Johnnie games will have streaming video this year. Free.

Now what can we complain about, aside from options to the short side?

This was the topic of some amused discussion at the MIAC media luncheon yesterday. Surprised the school hasn't said something more widely, all things considered.

Was thinking the same...surprised this hadn't been shared yet. I'm assuming most posters have been stricken motionless in shock which resulted in the lack of postings.

Jokes aside...I do hope the streaming still finds fans, alumni, etc, traveling to Collegeville each Sat in the thousands.

I was like that with girlfriends. The Mrs told me to shut my yap.

My golf league partner has a way of rationalizing this (golf tournament highlight from college) to his wife. He says "honey, we have serving dishes in our cupboard that we got as wedding gifts,35 years ago,and you can tell me who each once came from. I'm like that with golf. It's a matter of what is important to you. For me,it's reliving golf tournaments when I was a much better player. For you,it's remembering what Uncle Harold & Auntie Audrey gave us as a wedding gift."
He said she hasn't asked why he remembers "trivial" things and forgets "important" things since....

I also am now like every other mouth-breather in Fargo who can't shut up about the Bizzzzzzon. "DERRRR, bring on Florida St. DERRRRRR, bring on 'Bama."

And the last time your team won 3 consecutive national titles, plus having a 6-2 record against division-up opponents was.....?

I'd say they've had good reason to be excited about the program.

Then by all means, schedule Alabama.  Please, go down to Tuscaloosa and play the Alabama Crimson Tide.

Bizzzzzzzen rubes have every reason to be proud of their squad, but let's temper our expectations a little bit. Klieman is not Craig Bohl. I don't expect a huge regression, but Klieman was a head coach at Loras for a cup of coffee, went 3 - 7.

And in conclusion, Nickel Trophy.

don't think I've seen any "bring on florida state signs yet",  "bring on bama" sounds much better.

Don't let the small minority of rude bison fans discourage you from jumping on the bandwagon this season.  Winning feels good.

I know my memory isn't as good as it used to be but I swear I checked the UWRF roster either yesterday or today and Andre McDonald was listed...now he's not.  Anybody got any UWRF connections?
