GAC stomped AUG, 55-31.  Wow.

CON stomped STO as well, 52-14. That BU game will be a big one.

GAC's doing that with a transfer QB from...St. John's. Hendricks.

By the way, SJU now 18-4 against Tommies in last 22 meetings.

Repete, who was whining--Waldvogel, I'm assuming, since he was on sideline duty? If it was...uh, no, the Tommies weren't. 08, 09 and 10 games were all tossups--either team could have won. 2011 obviously different story.

I do enjoy a good Dave Lee whine as well.

sfury -- Couldn't tell. My guess is it was Fritz with Dave responding. It's a great video broadcast, as always, the hot mike was just a nice little bonus for listening to Dave Lee.

My audio was off when I first logged it. I'd upped the volume and the first words to blare out were "SUBSTANCE ABUSE." A lot of heads turned at the gate. Could have been worse ... at least it wasn't about STDs.

D O.C.

Well, lookee there.  :o

An actual chance to make the playoffs again? What's Bethel say?

Good day for Johnnie OL and Sura today. It's been a long time since a team has run on UST that well.

O'Connell is just not the same player since he recovered from his broken leg. Too bad. Gould stepped in and was admirable. SJU DL did a great job of getting their hands up. Batted a lot of balls. Don't know why they didn't just keep feeding Kaiser the rock though. He really had something going.

+K to Bench for being the classiest Tommie known to man.

The ghost of the Cow Cup stays in Collegeville for another year.
Will you be coming to The Natural Bowl for the game next year?
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

The gouge  is on....again...jacking prices a whole $2 on adults and $1 on kids.  This must be one of those premium games.  ;)
The increase will of course be justified by the need for increased security, bleachers etc...

• Tickets for this year's game cost $10 for adults and $5 for students (kids six-and-under will be admitted free). St. Thomas faculty, staff and current students are admitted free will a current school ID. But purchasing tickets in advance does not guarantee a seat and fans are advised to arrive early.

ust(d) fans should have gotten a discount - they left awfully early...

Timing is everthing! How long has the almighty gags coached any way.... 50 or 60 years for the johnnies?  While Glenn has just coached 10 or 11 years for the Tommies? So let's make a comparison pitch is absurd! Only johnnie fans...will make that very convenient argument. I will just sit back and enjoy watching the johnnies crumble against Glens Tommies!  Or I could live in the past and still think about a coach that's not even relative to Saturdays game!

ROLL TOMMIES!😄

so what are you now, about 0 for 2?

Hey duff since I am such a "Moron" and none of my Tommy buddy's and long time friend like me any more  ??? just tell me who is going to win Saturday???  It should be an easy bet for you since I am such an idiot...actually you have insulted all the morons out there by including me in that group! " Lighten up Fancis"  ::)

Tommies 32 - St John 21...Tommies win! But don't beat the spread...

You're too conservative. I'm thinking UST 63, SJU 7.

spot on with that one...

Gustavus qb looked legit and the receivers catch everything. Look out for the Gusties, they will challenge the top teams in the MIAC.

Before the season I said that the miac might be the deepest it has ever been.

AO

Great game in St. Paul today.  The Red Rocket from Wayzata was making all the throws and the Johnnie defense seemed to show up at the right times.  Both squads are good enough to win out and make the playoffs.  Only ran into a few undergrads who had trouble walking.
