The Packers lose on:

1) A fake field goal.
2) An on side kick.
3) A hail Mary 2 point conversion.

Unbelievable. The kilted Rat can't be tFoo happy today.

I was watching that game and found myself cheering for and feeling sorry for the Packers. I took two showers afterwards and still felt dirty.

And reading you post got me to thinking that maybe St Glenn styles himself as a Baby Belicheck.

EDIT: I could modify this post to try and hide my idiocy but I'll leave it here exposed to the world. I watched both games and got my memories mixed in my excitement to sledge GC, who still sucks despite my mistake.

Easy mistake. Bill Belichek and Pete Carroll are both cheaters. I should expand that to say I'm not a Packer or Colt fan,but the multiple accounts from over the years about Belichek & Carroll both "bending the rules" makes it difficult to cheer for the teams that they are associated with.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I turned on the game during half-time and watched the last half (the GB - Seattle game) and said to my wife (who was willing to watch with me) as the second half was starting that this is what I predict will happen: The Seahwaks score twice and then GB will kick a field goal forcing the Seahawks to score one last time and win 21 to 19.  Apparently I cannot write scripts for the NFL, they must have needed an OT post-season game somewhere along the line this year. (Tongue firmly in cheek).

Agreed. Congratulations to fellow Tommie John Schneider and the rest of the Seahawks team. We'll be cheering for you come February 1st.

Here's a bit of mid-week excitement. I'm pretty sure everyone on this board is aware of the Washington Redskins nickname controversy. If not, checkout the link below.

Apparently, people offended by continued use of the nickname have started targeting fans sporting Redskins paraphernalia on their vehicles. Fans with Redskins flags/bumper stickers/license plates have reported vandalism in the form of tags like "racist" and "bigot" left on their cars. At least one person had his or her car doused with red paint. These acts are obviously criminal, so it's a little surprising to hear people around town frame them as a valid form of protest against use of the nickname.

What say you? Is this criminal vandalism, an acceptable form of protest, or both? Should those sporting Redskins gear be viewed as racist/bigoted, insensitive, sports fans, or a combination?

Criminal vandalism no matter how you feel about the name.

I don't think there's any doubt about it, it's criminal vandalism.  If those responsible are apprehended they should be prosecuted.

Criminal vandalism.   Since I'm not big on the state trying to impose certain ways of thinking on anyone (even idiots), I am not big on the whole "Hate Crime" thing. But since it appears to be with us, I think the other side of the equation needs to be added to the whole "Hate Crime" concept. Anyone introducing unsubstantiated claims of racism, homophobia, or other prejudice ought to be treated just as harshly as those convicted under the "Hate Crime" law currently in place.

Prosecute too the fullest extent! People need to be real! Go Blackhawks 5-1😜

I hear that McDonough says it's his fault that no one went to the Paris rally. The Washington press corp must be dominated by nasty Tommies if the only guy they can fault in this administration is a Johnnie!

I played a round of golf today and there were kangaroos on the course.  I got pretty close to this one before it started growling at me. You can see my head's shadow at the bottom of the picture.

The farther kangaroo is like every one I have ever seen.  The fact that you got a pic of one not laying down amazes me.  ;)
