What are people thinking about the Hamline/SJU game?  I was hoping to attend, but I think family obligations are going to overrule. :(

Austin Duncan is a real good back, and the Johnnie D better find an answer for him.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I wouldn't have guessed Hamline would make it to the Grand Final, but here we are.

Considering going...I have a buddy that's Piper grad.  It's homecoming over there however...could be a decent crowd.  Believe it or not this game really scares me.  Will the Johnnies come out flat?

He is, but he's not surrounded by an all-star cast.

SJU will crush them...playoff trip on the line with every game now, and I'm sure they'll want to atone for last week's performance.

He is very good. Impressive how he does it, given the lack of Oline and skill position talent around him.

Having said that, Johnnie D is up to the task. They saw a much better line and back last week. And the Johnnie O will get back on track as well. I'm saying the Johnnies break this one open at some point in the 2nd quarter. If it's still close going into the 4th, I'll have to reassess both teams, but I don't see that happening.

I'd be more nervous as a SJU fan if they were coming off of an emotional win vs UST and then had someone that Gustavus the next week....that would be more of the definition of a trap game, IMO.  Hamline isn't going to keep up for 4 quarters.

Was thinking earlier that his coaching style was just different from some other coaches in the league, but after reading some posts here it is obvious he is the best coach around.  Is anyone hearing DI rumors?

DuffMan

I'm pretty sure that he'll stay at U$T, but since U$T is moving to DI, he will be a DI coach.
