Maybe they're trying to win the Super Bowl Doritos commercial contest. Didn't they have a fan commercials contest last year where the winner got played at the super bowl?

They should revoke all scholarships and be ineligible for bowl appearances for the next 3 years IMO.

So scared already?  We both have to win our games this weekend first.

Well,  big Johnnie culture point is to act like you've been there before. That you belong there. Keep working hard Tommies. One day you may convince yourselves that you belong as well.  ;)

Too many damn kids enjoying being part of a football team these days IMO. I'm glad schools like SJU still do things the right way. Football is not supposed to be fun.

Is the rumor true that U$T works to get any advantage it can?

You're overlooking the fact that they're a bunch of tender little snowflakes up at SJU. Parties lead to heightened expectations. When those expectations go unmet, the administration will have to deal with students calling for more emotionally safe spaces on campus.
Reality is for those who lack imagination 😀

I implore you to save the Yeungling for the UST/SJU game (hoping it happens) I would then urge my fellow Johnnies to partake. It was my beer of choice when I lived in the distribution area. I hope you bring the Traditional Lager.

You're in luck. I'll be at both games, assuming UST wins this weekend. I'll have a couple cases of lager at each game and all are welcome to share in the goodness, while supplies last.

I will be drinking at the game reverend...I think need to clear it with the tower!

I'm probably the only other person on this board who saw that movie.  Pretty bad movie.  My girlfriend at that time attended Clark College.  So it somehow seemed appropriate to watch the movie.  I actually slept at UD since visiting hours at Clark were from Noon - 1pm only on Saturday.  And you were required to keep 2 feet on the floor at all times.  And the door to the room had to be open if a male was in the room.  And I think they were required to have a 2nd female in the room.

p.s.  I am exaggerating on the visiting hours a bit.  Everything else is 100% accurate.  I think they wanted all the girls to become nuns.

Never had a girlfriend from Bethel, so I can't say.  I don't think any of them were attracted to an Irish, Catholic, cussing, drinking, loud mouthed Johnnie.  Plus, we were probably not hanging out at the same bars. ;)  Clarke is Catholic, so drinking was ok.
