Rev, how can you pick on grammar when you have a cohort like CT?  At least CT didn't go to U$T, I guess. 

We don't publicly critique members of the F.A.M.I.L.Y. That being said, sins are forgiven because CT has a certain boozy charm that makes him endearing.

Really impressed with the football talk aka beer glasses on my desk.  so interesting.  Maybe espn will do a  half time feature.  I hope it is not from over confidence.  This looks like a better STU football team.  Be prepared to be out coached.  Watched your game last week and saw Linfield really struggle with 8 or more in box.  When you play with fire you get burned.   Too many play makers on Mount.  I do not consider your QB a great play maker.  That to me is a weakness.  As good as Joe Callahan was he had his issues every time he played Mount.  I am not saying you can not win this game.  I do not see any defense this year able to stop the Mount offense.  Much to balanced with the running game fastly improved.  You will have to out score Mount.  If Mount plays like they have for the 14 games so far that will be difficult.   Like your colors though.

Yep, that's how football works at every level, except maybe youth leagues where everyone gets a trophy these days.

So THAT's the key to beating Mount Union?! Just score more points than them. Well, now don't we have egg on our face for not employing that brilliant strategy in 2012.

I'm guessing that maraschino is not a regular reader of the MIAC Board. Therefore I will cut him some slack about the tone he inferred. However, to not know what a Red Bull is means he has not paid any attention to the culture of our society for a long time. No value judgement there, just astonishment. How does one stay that ignorant. Maybe that's all he does is watch football/sleep/eat /poop repeat.

Opened at 3.5. So the betting is presumably heavier on Mount. Makes sense given their history and dominance. What surprised me is the over under. Last I saw it was at 64.5. That's nine touchdown to be shared. I don't think the two defenses get nearly enough credit. A lot of attention is on the offense.
