According to Coach Horan's twitter account, it appears things are going well up in Moorhead: https://twitter.com/CoachTerryHoran/with_replies

Not sure who has committed to CC since none of their recruits were mentioned by name, but I'm curious to find out who this "top ranked recruit" is.

UST picked up a few additional recruits the past few days:

Nick Raddatz, DB, Prior Lake: https://twitter.com/raddatz2334

Alex Taylor, LB, Glenbard North, Ill: https://twitter.com/alextaylor5252

Grant Hemze, LB, Maple Grove: https://twitter.com/GrantHemze

Alex Zwaschka, DE, St. Thomas Academy: https://twitter.com/zwaschka_alex

And this guy committed to SJU:

Cassius Pumphrey, LB, Lakeside HS, WA: https://twitter.com/cassius_p19/status/691789168473694214

National signing day is right around the corner. Should be interesting to see how things shake out.

I bet you wrote this post just the right way to make duffman's head explode.  And you did it on purpose.  Along with using all the glue.

I did laugh a little after I posted it. I needed something to entertain myself. I just got out of a 3 hour Childbirth and Baby Basics Class after a long day at work. ;D

It's a good place to pick up chicks.  You know they will put out.

I had a nearly identical thought - "Cue Duffman rant about D3 commitments".

I'm surprised not of the posters have talked about getting away from the cold weather by going on the great Florida Python hunt.  :)

AFCA Coach of the Year? Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year? USA III Football Coach of the Year? Bob's Blog Coach of the Year? You can see what's under the Awards menu and pretty easily figure out why it's there. But no -- we don't recognize anyone else's awards. (And I don't think the AFCA publishes our awards, and that's fine, too.)

But I did find this article in the archives from a couple of years ago.  ;)

January 6, 2014
UMHB's Pete Fredenburg named Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year

And more recently:
January 11, 2016
Washington and Lee's Abell Named State Coach of the Year

Those are news releases posted by the schools, hence them being categorized as such. If those schools write and post them, they go on the site automatically. That's not us recognizing them.

I know a guy that goes to Florida every year to shoot Pythons. Now he has competition! I tried it last year smoked, not bad but very stringy.

Zika virus pandemic. Are you kidding me?

The Aussie Olympic Committee yesterday warned female athletes of childbearing age to consider skipping the Rio Olympics.

EDIT: If this thing is the nasty birth defect causing, mosquito-spread virus it's labelled, the putting a few million global travellers down into infection central and then sending them back across the globe is like something straight out of the script department of a zombie movie house.  Sheesh.
