Let's try and avoid the emotional outbursts of a 16 year old and actually provide some feedback that are based on facts and solutions.

I was about to say, "Have a good look in the mirror and heed your own advice."  But then I thought maybe you were speaking to yourself, the king of outbursts most like one from a 16-year-old.

I went back and edited my post to the "outburst of a 16 year old" you were exactly who I was thinking of.  Over the years, "how dare anybody offed the GREAT OZJOHNNIE" You are the f'ing drama queen of this board, and guess what, your Johnnies are yesterday news.  "Edited just for you"  Like my Brit friend would say "Piss off."

Wow.   You sound a tad jealous, mate.  Don't worry.  I'm sure you mom still thinks you're great.

That' pretty weak my friend.   ;)

I think the Johnnies are still vagtastic or maybe even a perfect ten, just not relevant. Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKQeWAZDJu8

Congrats on great career for Roberts. He killed the Johnnies when Tommies broke the long losing skid in 2010 and went on from there.
Considering Roberts was a sophomore in HS in 2010, that must have really been impressive of him! (not to mention embarrassing to SJU's D if they were unable to stop a 15 year old)

Methinks you mean Ben Wartman in 2010 (http://csbsju_ftp.sidearmsports.com/custompages/Statistics/Football/2010/100210.htm) But then again, when Johnnies meander down memory lane, facts become less important  :)
After the game, the king and pawn go into the same box.

Johnnies, have a bad first quarter against Hamline and live for a blowout. Once playoffs come, have a bad first quarter against St. Thomas and the game is over at half time. At this point of the season, talented teams don't struggle against 2-7 teams for even the first 15 minutes. ITS OVER

Mr.MIAC

I think it'll be good if the Johnnies make the playoffs. After their first-round loss, it'll serve as a solid reminder of what happens when a team doesn't move quickly enough to stop their precipitous decline.

Welcome back, Maniac. This board has been desperate for another Tommie who types coherent thoughts in complete sentences. It was getting lonely here for Bench.

But in this case, that was the joke with the grizzled veteran Jordan.  ;)

The Johns are going to wake up and see this and call it a "TommieCat" love fest. Which is pretty funny. Passing through is the super Johnny sophomore class which next will be Seniors.  Enjoy next year, because that's as good as it gets for a long time to come.

The Johnnies are grappling with an existential crisis. Outside Collegeville, to them it appears that everyone is having a "TommieCat" love fest.

I took it as such.....sorta like Keating playing football vs Custer on his way to Little Big Horn?   But it gave me a chance to revisit that box score from 2010 and savor the result.

Of course, I know you wouldn't mix up facts...that's for fiction writers to do  :)

If I could change facts from that particular game and present an alternate history, it'd be Boyle not throwing the late INT in regulation and having Johnnies go for 2 instead of that infamous PAT!

The Tommies are a historically dominant MIAC force, humiliating the entire conference, so good they should be bored with it, untouchable, better than half of D2 and a quarter of D1, who managed to beat the underachieving, awful, past-their-prime Johnnies (in the words of Tommie fans, and, in many cases Johnnie fans) by.....THREE points.

Terrified to picture what the Tommies would be saying if their heroes had beaten the pathetic Johnnies by, say, an entire touchdown or, imagine the carnage, two possessions.

Yet it's the Johnnies who say things like "Tommies Suck."

If the pissing contest is over, I hear that the Tommies and Johnnies and various other MIAC teams played football today. Anybody want to talk about that? Or at least complain about something egregious the Tommies did on the actual football field.

I'm actually a SJU fan. I've always had a soft spot for the less fortunate.
