If Bungum or Heckendorf check out this page I have a couple suggestions:
Tempo: develop some....learn to establish and adjust it.
Efficiency: the Johnnie offense has been indecisive and has struggled to get plays called. Come up with a better system...it could be the oversized giant playcards combined with hand signals....or morse fricking code for all I care...just stop burning timeouts early in the half because you couldn't get a play in!!!

For the SJU fans out there sounds like Josh Bungam and Kole Heckendorf will take over play calling next year. Josh just 2 years out from playing on the Johnnies, should be interesting to see some young ideas fuse into the offense.

So that means Bungum and Heckendorf will be in charge of there peers/friend's performance/execution of the offense. Does anyone see where this could be a problem? Friends in charge of friends rarely works, just sayin' I know a good number of SJ2 folks aren't real high on Jimmy but he has won a lot of games as OC for you guys. I understand that he might be moving on to do something more meaningful but I think it would be wise to keep him close and remain with the offense for a few years during the transition. I know nobody loves or is more loyal to SJ2 than Jimmy.

Heckendorf is in his fifth season as an offensive assistant in 2017. In 2002, Heckendorf set a pair of Wisconsin records with 116 receptions for 1,714 yards as a junior at Mosinee High School and ended his career as the state's all-time leader in receiving yards (3,831) and touchdowns (36). He is also second in career receptions (235). Heckendorf accepted a scholarship to FCS (formerly Division I-AA) North Dakota State and ended a four-year collegiate career (2005-08) as the all-time leader in catches (178) and receiving yards (2,732) for the Bison. He signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2009 and later joined four other National Football League organizations: the Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks, San Diego Chargers and Indianapolis Colts. Kole and his wife, Kristen, and son, Landon, reside in Sauk Rapids.

Ok, that makes sense. He is a little older with different experience. I am guessing that Gary really likes him and probably needs to promote him in some way to hang onto him. It appears he has a pretty good pedigree for a young coach. He will probably be the lead in the dual OC team. I see how the puzzle pieces fit now. Should be fun to watch. Also, I hope things work out well for Jimmy. I am sure they will. He has a good heart that's all "Red".
