Two things:
1. If MAC beats Hamline tonight they need to get back in the MIAC for football...that or Carleton and Hamline both need to go.
2. The Cobbers will always be a top 4 MIAC team but will not make any noise in the playoffs, if they every get there, unless they can throw the ball. They too one dimensional.

CON wasn't embarrassed against UWW.  The Cobbers held tight. But it was the air that beat them. You are correct, sir.

GAC led Stout until the final eight seconds. Is the heartache train about to deliver a package in OT?

Gustie train derailed w/ PAT blocked in OT. Stout and Gus Davis are not very good..
Cobbers hung w/ UWW but Cobber just can't play from behind.

Red Hot Bennie

DustySJU - who I think is Red Hot Bennie's brother.

"I live to carry the message"

He stopped by once many years ago  to see me on a Stout booster club lunch day so I brought him as my guest and introduced him to the group. He got up and spoke a bit about the Johnnies.

Was at the UWW/Concordia game. Either the D Backs for UWW are NFL caliber, or the Cobber receivers are not very good. If they got a total of 20 YAC's today, I'd be surprised. The QB has a very good arm. He didn't have much time often, but could really zing the ball when he did.

Concordia pass defense, on the other hand, gave the WR's for UWW way too much room.

MAC beat Hamline tonight...they've now beaten Carleton and Hamline two years in a row. Get back in the league...they might even be able to beat GAC and Ole.
If I counted correctly the are 7-6 against MIAC teams dating back to 2013. This

Ritz72-great stories from out his window.

So true. There was a goofy neighbor he could see from his office and those stories of what that neighbor was up to are legendary. One time the guy was on his roof pouring water down his chimney if I remember correctly.

That's my wife's hometown. I think there is a Walgreens or something now where the goofy neighbors house used to be.

It would make it much easier for other member institutions to find one competitive non-conference game instead of two competitive non-conference games! If the MIAC is good enough for MAC in the other sports,FB is as well!
