Johnnies up to 5th,
Tommies drop to 7th
Bethel gets four votes. Their game next week will be the decision-maker for them I think.

Only six points separate 4th from 6th so I think there will be a bit of movement there based on opponents and the size of victories.

Hansen Ratings has St John's at #4 followed by St Thomas at #5 with Bethel appearing at #18. Parks at running back for the Johnnies would've been unreal with the passing game we have! Any idea why he switched his commitment?

Hansen ratings also had Tommie$ as a 72% favorite to beat the Johnnies.

Parks couldn't get out of his lease...at least that's the story I heard.

maybe a Rev or two should take note...

Humble pie is best eaten fresh.

Celebration is great. Put downs not so much.

I'm neutral. It's been a great week for SJU and D3 Football. Let it ride.

Did I miss the Rev posting something after the game other than Congratulations and great game Johnnies? Or are we focusing on Tommie Johnnie week Johnnie Tommie week shenanigans still?

You didn't miss anything. I believe most of us are looking ahead to St. Olaf.

Still riding high here.  Tomorrow will be somber as we say our farewell to John, yet we'll no doubt share some laughs as we retell and relish our memories of him.

I will say that I was overall glad to see good sportsmanship displayed by fans of both sides.  I didn't see much in the way of out of control behavior.  It was a relatively clean game, too, in regards cheap shots and chippiness.

Great to connect with some folks I hadn't seen in a while--Oz, Bench and his bride, Ritz72, and some of my former teammates that I've lost touch with.

It's always a great day to be a Johnnie!

A tradition unrivaled...

It's vileness from it's first post merited this comment.

Great. Bring on the Carleton Carlies then. I will miss the game but hopefully be able to tune in 830 again this year from my dad's corn field in Iowa while farming with my dad, cousin, and son

In Duluth last night I took in the CSS v Greenville game. Homecoming for CSS and they won handily.

Sister Lisa read a pre game prayer for both teams, then a CSS alum played the National Anthem on electric guitar ala Jimi Hendrix.

D3 in Duluth, and all over the nation. Gotta love it.

We've got a real charmer on our hands. Stanbob's decided to give dehumanizing another poster a go. Today he says I'm a "vile," subhuman "it." What's next? Tomorrow he'll say I killed Christ, and call for a final solution. Looks like someone's riding so high on a win that they've lost the plot...

Duff, I take this as you will be attending John's funeral. Times like these are a bit easier when a person has led a life well lived.

Peace to him and all he touched, which are countless.

It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in both the UST & SJU film (digital video) sessions next week.  ???
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

One team focused on improvements and the other in a panicked, cold sweat?
