Someone recently told me that most UST football players are wearing equipment donated by the Vikings. Does anyone here know about this relationship?
I know they both wear purple and are winless in championship games!

Nice. So for real, has anyone heard about the Vikings supporting UST? It was news to me.

I'm not sure if that piece of protective gear is part of the package. Apparently, the Vikings provide all the pads and some helmets.

They are donating their used jockstraps to U$T although I've heard that the Tommie$ are having difficulty filling them.  ;D :P

I guess this is the sort of thing that makes people think Johnnies are twats...

Well, jamto, you tried to argue that me using the term coed was politically incorrect and possibly rude.  Surely your #triggers are going off like popcorn now.

Johnnies up to 4th, but still only 20 points separates 4th from 6th so there could still be a lot of shuffling between those positions based on the size of their victories.

Tommies remain in 7th. The game against Bethel will give them a chance to pass Frostburg.

Royals are stiffed, IMO, as they only got 22 points and are the sixth team out of the top 25. Beat the Tommies and they jump to the top 15 overnight from virtually nowhere.

Pat, in your professional opinion, as a vote caster in the Top 25 Poll, which had a greater impact to elevate SJU to #4, the blow out of UST or the blow out of STO? I'm thinking STO, because after the blow out of UST the Johnnies were only at #4.

It isn't either, really. -- it was Frostburg State's lackluster win vs. Montclair that moved Frostburg down and allowed SJU and UWW to shuffle up.
