Supposed to be 52 degrees, cloudy, with 7MPH winds for the game in Moorhead on Saturday. By Moorhead standards, that is NO wind. Rain could start toward the later afternoon.

UST has played one team with a winning record this year.  SJU, on the other hand, has played five teams with winning records.  I hadn't expected that differential.

Each of St Thomas' next three teams will have winning records, to finish playing four winning sides.  One of SJU's will have a winning record to play six.  The contrast in out of conference opponent selection is surprising.  St Glenn got the scaries this year?

I've checked three times to make sure my eyes aren't deceiving me, but it looks like that is the case.  Interesting.

Scheduling is a two-way street. A couple years ago, for example, UW-La Crosse significantly downshifted its non-conference schedule.

SJU fans

I'm a little behind but wanted to let you know I have been watching a bunch of videos on "YouTube" about Coach, oops, John Gagliardi. I have always admired the coach and the man but, WOW! Been fun getting to know more about him, his growing up, his coaching philosophy and his attitude on life. Makes me kinda wish I had been more like him in so many ways. That guy will live forever in our hearts. Hope others look at the videos. Miss ya, John!

Na, it's our month end this week so I have to be more attentive at work. I've been keeping up, just not a lot of time to post. I will be at the UST game on tomorrow. I'll be deer hunting next week and then out to Arden Hills for the "first round of the playoffs" the following week. Still hoping for J/T two! A possible pheasant hunt and playoff game that day!

Didn't see any mention of this on the board: The Monkey is off the back of the Mac'ers! Thanks to Earlham, longest D3 losing streak now stands at 51 and counting. I feel for those poor guys, hopefully they'll get it done in the next 2 weeks.

I thought I could get information by going to csbsju.edu but got the same kind of garbage. The old one was great and I could find anything. Do not know why we fix things that are not broken.
The email I sent them will probably not be appreciated.
