I could have got to work quicker today by putting on the old hockey skates and pulling a Hans Brinker than driving the 4 wheel drive Yukon on the skating rinks of roads out there this morning.

Oh, and nice halftime show btw. While enjoying my Coke Zero watching the 5 Morons do their ego trip I was impressed that they have more than a couple songs I have heard in the elevator. In the meantime, keep your shirt on and your F bombs to yourself.

As far as the game, yawn. When do the Stanley Cup Playoffs start?  8-)

My dog literally slid down our driveway.  When I left for work, I backed out of the garage, and my car slid down the driveway with my foot firmly on the brake pedal.  Sheesh.

Madison, Wisconsin paper this morning reports a commit to SJU, kicker Reese Marek from Waunakee.  Waunakee is one of the very solid progams in Wisconsin, five state championships this century, multi-time runner ups, etc.  Not the very largest class, but Division 2 (7 classes).

Good to hear the Jays have filled the dance card.  I don't remember hearing the of Rose-Hulman before so I quickly had a look at their football page.  They open against Mount and close against SJU.  Tough out of conference schedule.

Rose-Hulman is one of the top engineering schools in the country. Very prestigious and not easy to get into. Football is probably not their top priority. Mount opened with them last year and beat them handily. Open with them this year in Indiana.   ;D  8-)

Wonder if there's a return game in 2020, or if it's one and done?

Was on their campus many many years ago, wasn't bad if I recall correctly.
