When your name is mentioned in the same sentence as the FBI and US District Attorney you've got yourself in quite a predicament.

Been there. My predicament was going to law school and passing the bar. 1/10, would not recommend.

Better or worse than time in the pen for making a bomb threat?

Considering I've cumulatively spent about a year of my life in county jails, holding facilities and state pens meeting with clients, I'd say it's a push.
I would imagine living in most residence halls is a good primer for jail too!Sharing a small space with a complete stranger, dubious shower situation, and the food can be hit or miss! ;)

A couple of years ago there was an FBI agent that would always ask for me by name when he would come in for help on background checks. The front counter staff would get all flustered. I had to explain to them that if he was coming in about me, he probably wouldn't be asking politely for me! He was fascinating! He was technically retired, but still did these inquiries for them. While in the FBI he worked on Counter Intelligence and before that he was a JAG officer in the Navy.

That's interesting. It's scary to think that people who work in intelligence could be in our midst and we wouldn't even know it.

At least we can be safe in knowing that our Johnnie friends could never be accused of working in intelligence.

Not that I'm into feeding Saturday brekkie to trolls :), but for an interesting pre-kickoff read, google "Cleveland Cram" or read this.

As a retired Federal Law Enforcement Agent, I. too, did Background investigations on a contract basis. It is a retirement job that a lot of us walk into, since we can retire at a fairly early age. Though I pledged not to reveal the entity that was requesting the BI, (and that gives it away, I guess) I never really felt that I was "working in Intelligence." I also assisted in training exercises for that same entity. It was interesting work, but I never had so many contacts with one institution that I could ask for a source by name. unless it was in an HR section of a company.

But to go even further, there are so many private companies that have contracts with Intelligence Agencies, you really would be surprised to know about some of them.

So it would appear the SJU win against GAC was a good win??

Great game in St. Peter.

Bethel with a really nice road win playing a team on their homecoming.

Veldman is very good. Panning is even better.

Royals found a way to make enough plays. GAC has had some very talented teams in recent years, they just don't quite know how to finish yet. GAC would beat plenty of teams ranked 15-25 in the country.

Totally! Were there people implying it wasn't? GAC is a very good team. 7-3 or even 8-2 wouldn't surprise me.

DuffMan

Agreed. GAC has a nice team this year.  GAC/U$T will be a battle (again).

Totally BDB. Stout's games vs. GAC and SJU look like quality losses at this point.
