Looks like a beautiful day in St. Paul.  Should be about 62° at kickoff.
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

The news said the rain should clear out mid-morning & that it should be a beautiful day! Go Johnnies!

There are some work-arounds. Portland State essentially has two stadiums: they either play at Hillsboro stadium, a 7,000 seat municipal football stadium off-campus; or, at the 20,000 seat home of the MLS Portland Timbers.

Portland State is probably an apt comparison for the Tommies! In the 20+ years I have lived in Oregon I have never met a Portland State football fan or even heard anyone talk about them. If you ask your average Oregonian about in state college football programs, they are going to mention UO and OSU. If they are pretty football savvy (or one of my coworkers), they will mention Linfield. PSU football isn't even a blip on most people's radar.

Erdmann's post game interview is entertaining.  He's charged to start it.  Talking at about 300 mph.

I gotta give UST huge thanks for the venues they choose, be it Target or Allianz, as they come with professional crews and production.  It was like watching a high division game and really enjoyable.

College football is so much better than the NFL it's not even measurable in my opinion.

Robert Zimmerman

Very entertaining game.  How does Parks only get 13 carries?  He didn't seem injured, but I am certainly glad he is graduating.

Good luck in D1!
Jackson Erdmann is the GOAT 🐐!!!

I was going to make a snide comment about our 'inconsistent offense' but decided not to.  :D

A couple of things:
SJU needs a kicker
Glenn out coached himself.... where is Parks?
SJU lines are both legit
Kia Barber hammer down
Sophomore WRs showed up to play for SJU
Bethel will beat UST
UST Eliminated from play offs 2 consecutive years.....
UST- D1??? Not so much
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

What a game. I can't wait to watch that one again.

There's not too much to say other than both teams played their best football.  it was a big occasion and the teams delivered with spectacular effort and execution.  The difference was that the Johnnies had more big guns (including the biggest gun of them all).  And Parks?  13 carries?  He must be injured and unable to push too hard.

Erdmann.  What a stats line:

Jackson Erdmann   32-47   456 yards   50 longest play   3 TDs   1 Int (and the int should count as it was nerves on a simple catch that gave it up)
