So let's ban Dumo from the 56321 ZIP code until he returns with a kicker under each arm.  ;)

BUT . . .  GREAT WIN JOHNNIES

Oh, you know that all those kickers feel awful.  And once you get the yips it's so hard to fix.

I was going to make a snide comment about our 'inconsistent offense' but decided not to.  :D

Yeah, against the Nos. 6 and 11 teams ... more than 1,000 yards of O. What does "inconsistent" mean on Planet Frank?

Man, I'm going to miss watching Erdmann play next year.  Kid is something special.

Total homer question, but how does he compare with that Wesley QB who made an NFL roster a couple years ago? Any chance he catches on to a practice squad somewhere?

A few observations FWIW. Broadcast was great. Almost professional. A couple camera pans to nowhere, but....

Dolan was Very Good. Erdmann was spectacular (and they're real)

Can we have Parks for the Post season?  He is a beast. Though Kai was quite good, and ran over people too. Udoibok filled in as needed and was productive.

The officials were about as good as I've seen officiate an MIAC game in years. I liked the way they explained calls that were a bit idiosyncratic. or not widely known.

24 hours from now it should all be about over.  :o
The Johnnies season and chance at a Pool A bid?

He's just priming the pump of excuses for the upcoming SJ2 loss.

Or possibly the U$T playoff hopes...crazy that when I walk outside on this October eve all I hear in St. Paul is crickets!!!

Whew. I finished my chores and I can watch the game again.  Let's see if the win is as delicious the second time around.

Also, if anyone has some atmosphere shots from the game it would be great to see them.  I just took a quick look (when Mr Oz wasn't around to see if I was goofing off instead of working) and saw that Barber TD right into the Johnnie student section.  Spectacular.  Must have been over 1000 students packed into that end of the field.

Great quote from Erdman and a funny story about the Holy Grail trophy.

I've had to eat crow many times in my life and it never got better.

And I think the game ball goes to the offensive line.  Erdmann had all day back there to throw the ball.  The line did a great job picking up blitzes.  The Tommies blitzed less than normal, however, using more men in coverage.  But you give Jackson that much time and he'll pick you apart.  Which he did.
