Sounds like we'll be at US Bank Stadium.

I'm probably in the minority, but if it's anywhere other than Collegeville, that's pure garbage.  >:(

I'm with you.b  Bring in temporary bleachers to hold 30k if you must.  But have it in Collegeville.
Minority of three! Collegeville!!!!

I'd prefer one last trip up to Collegeville, but if they think they can get 45k+, I can see why they'd want to move it. The logistics at SJU with 17k are enough of a mess, that trying to pack 30k is a non-starter.

The schedule shows U$T @ SJU. This game HAS to be in Collegeville.
If that's truly the case, this old Mount Union guy would really love to get there. It would be a long shot, but damn, I'd try like hell to make it!
This WOULD be the end of an era.
I have always wished we had a rivalry like this.
I realize there would be a probable seat shortage but, as was mentioned earlier, bring in temporary bleachers, folding chairs, anything.
The game of the year in Dlll. Ya gotta love it!
Go Johnnies! And, for the last(?) time, Go Tommies! 🏈 🍺 ‼️
I'm old! I get mixed up and I forget things! Go Everybody! 🏈 ☠

I agree, this game should be in Collegeville, but I'm looking for an official announcement sometime today that the game will be at US Bank.

Interesting.  As an outsider to the rivalry, it would seem more fitting that it officially ended at one of the campuses...I'd even prefer TCF of US Bank, but I see the Gophers have a game that day.

Not terribly surprising.  The SJU administration is willing to impose online viewing fees to monetize their product.  I realize part of that is to encourage game attendance, and ticket purchases, but those amount to pennies on the dollar for what they'll earn by having probably over 20K people at US bank stadium...

They're going to make bank, but it's sure a shame that we don't get to see despairing Tommies leaving the field at Clemens one last time

My 2020 season tickets had better be cheaper since we're giving up a home game.

I believe Gary Fasching indicated that this game taking place away from Collegeville would only happen over his dead body. (I'm paraphrasing).

Who is going to be our coach now?
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.
