Yeah, he got hurt early in 2019, but I liked what I saw from him.  He's a bit undersized for your liking, though, MRF.  ;)

Was wondering a few things. Who are some of the top WR's corps returning and best DL's.

It's tough to say as I don't know exactly who will be back after the '20 season that never materialized.  Alston and Hodge are studs for SJU (though they did have Erdmann throwing to them).  SJU always seems to have at least one or two beast on the d-line--not sure who that will be this year.  Otherwise, Bethel is typically tough on the defensive front.

It'll be interesting to see how things shake out the first few games of the season.  There are a ton of unknowns right now.

I vote for Michael Wozniak from Robbinsdale Armstrong.
I would agree...didn't he play only one play and got his hand busted up in 2019?

Yes. I was sitting next to his mother and uncle. She asked me if I knew a good hand surgeon.

Now that they are actually sewing the turf down, and pouring concrete, it's actually kind of fun to check in every half hour or so.

Not that it matters, but glad to see the Royals didn't go with a Boise State color scheme.........
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Johnnies have posted the new fall 2021 roster.  Lots of new names, I guess you can look at it as two freshman classes.  Wish I knew if they had any new transfers this fall.

I assume in DIII they also gave the "extra" year of eligibility for the COVID?  Which means to me guys who were juniors in 2019 could play this year as seniors?  I'm seeing a couple of "missing" guys who might have been contributors, if not this year in the future (not all JR's in 2019).  T.J. Hodge, the WR and KR, is not on the current roster. QB's Abe Havelka and Reed Smith seem to have moved on.  DB Sonte Senne played a lot in 19. Danny Pietruszewski was a JR in 19 and not on the roster. RB Kenneth Udoibok. Kicker Austin Solors.

RB Henry Trost gained a few pounds and is now over 200.

Amen 105. I literally can't watch a game on the blue turf. Hurts my head.
Is there a stadium with a red field or was that just a bad dream of mine?  ???

Pat Coleman

Eastern Washington University has red turf, and I think there's an NAIA school also?

Lindenwood (NAIA) has red and gray alternating every five yards.
Luther College has a blue field also.
Coastal Carolina has a teal colored field.

During my one hour of legal outdoor time I took the dog for a walk on the beach and saw something you don't see every day.  A philosophical compatriot was also not wearing a mask (and risking a $1,817 dollar on the spot fine) while walking his parrot.

I'm a traditionalist....football fields should be a green...and not some crazy neon or electric green. Like the color of grass green.

That stadium was the home of Lindenwood-Belleville, IL (Lynx team nickname), an NAIA school, which is no longer as it is defunct (2018). Lindenwood in St. Charles, is NCAA Div. II (which used to be NAIA until 2012).

I believe Luther had to get permission from Boise for their blue field.  Central Arkansas has one of the most horrific looking fields.

Green is a calming color.  I know of a few schools that have green colored visitor locker rooms as a result.

Some of those players may not be eligible due to MIAC rules with graduate players.  I don't know if there is a rule with years and eligibility including red or gray shirts such as 5 to play 4.
