I've been saying for a while that St. Thomas should buy Hamline. Sam's info would seem to support that as an option.

Where do the Hamline board members golf?

While I agree that would probably be a smart play for UST, it would be sad to see a founding member of the MIAC go away. Hamline has a neat basketball arena.

It may be easy for us to look at that financial health data and speculate about the grim reaper being spotted near the Midway neighborhood. However, there are over 130 schools that are at or below the financial health level of Hamline. Even a few notable ones or ones of more local interest:

Pacific Lutheran University (Washington)
La Salle University (Philadelphia)
Upper Iowa University
Coe College (Iowa)
Presentation College (South Dakota)

Looks like we can visit Oz again. :)

Oz? Toto, we're not in Alliance anymore!

The other "57" .  8-)
'Fortress Australia' (Oz) has finally allowed visitors again after 2? years.   ::)
57W?

Heh.  You're supposed to self test and then turn yourself in for a stay at a Centre for National Resilience (Yes, the actual name, can you believe it?).  If you and the better half come down for a visit I promise to hide you from the covid marshals.

We'd be covered for a return trip?
Everyday is payday in paradise.

It would be shame if Hutton Arena was ever razed.

Absolutely.  We'd have pillows and blankets in the crawl space and everything.

Well over 900. Probably close to 950.

No ambiguity there whatsoever. So, now, to ROR's point, this will be something that UST can take back to the City of St. Paul to try to push through another plan--was it the Ford plant redevelopment?

When you have Eli Apple one on one with Cooper Kupp you're not setting yourself up for success.

Eli Apple.  What a great name.  His parents did a good job picking that one.
