The long awaited return of college football is upon us! I think the only way I could be more excited would be if I was in Collegeville for today's huge matchup!

Go Johnnies! Looking forward to a great season!

$10.00 to watch the St. John's –Whitewater game?   ???
It doesn't even cost that much to see most games in person.   :o
Is St. John's that hard up for money?  ::)
Is this something new, or has this traditionally been the case?
So young hero, ask yourself............................Do you want to go to college, get a good education, and play (basketball)(football), or do you want to go to college, get a good education, and watch (basketball)(football)? 🤔 😏

Don't surround yourself with yourself. 🧍🏼‍♂️(Yes)

WTF would it cost you to drive here for a game? Cough up the $10!

That surprised me too. I'll hang out here for updates instead while watching Iowa/SDSU. I don't remember paying for streaming anywhere else. I have no issues with monetizing the game if they believe it's a net win (others like UMHB do traditional TV advertising).

Geez, Faunch. I just asked a question! It really does  seem odd that SJU feels they need to charge $10 when you can watch 98% of the games in the D3Football lineup for nothing.

I'll tell you what Faunch. Drive to Naperville for a game and I'll not only get you in the game for free, but I'll buy you dinner afterwards. That's WTF!  ;D

Saw above where another poster said Whitewater was the favorite. Seems the teams are pretty evenly matched and with the game at SJU, I would think the home crowd would tilt the odds in SJU's favor.  :)

Yup. Thanks. I have two screens going and listening to a third. College football heaven.

Congratulations Johnnies, a deserved victory.

I'm curious to know of any UWW fans who attended, what their thoughts are on the tailgating scene at SJU. What suggestions would be made to improve it?
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Schipper Strong

Good game today by the Oles. They had opportunities where they didn't cash in that made the game better than the final outcome indicates.

Congratulations Johnnies on a statement win to start out the season. Nice job.

Congratulations Johnnies. You deserved to win that game.  Great environment. Great fans. Nice people. Very good team.  I can see why Johnnie fans love the atmosphere at Clemens. Seems like it would be an excellent game day experience for Johnnie supporters.

It's been fee based for 4-5 years. Plenty of high school games are few based now....pay the piper.
FYI...I'm a school teacher...my pockets aren't lined with cash but if i want to watch something bad enough I will cough up $10.
