I hope they mute the inevitable 30+ Tim Bot Coaching plugs.

Who couldn't benefit from some executive coaching?!?

Every time I hear that plug I think to myself "How much f***ing money did Tim Bot pay WBHR for that airtime?"

Have you heard that Granite Logistics is hiring in Sartell and Minneapolis?
Culture matters ya know!

Do they have uncapped commissions?

I would join the fun and mention a certain St. Cloud estate planning law firm, but they are technically a competitor of mine.
So I won't say anything about that firm that rhymes with Shminlivan & Dooze.
Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright.

That's the scuttlebutt.

How far, realistically, does anyone foresee Bethel & St John's going?

Does Sal's even still play Piano Man at closing time?

Pretty sure they do. They even changed the Sal's logo to incorporate two stick men with dropped trousers. Sounds like Dylan is either: a) a fan of the Middy, b) a fan of the La, c) someone that needs to get out a little more. ;)

Ha ha, nothing but the Middy or the American Legion for me these days. I get pretty excited shopping at the St. Joe Meat Market. I do need to get out more, but maybe my senior at SJU needs to get out even more than me?!?!

If I lived in the vicinity, they would be my choices as well.
Everyday is payday in paradise.

SJU feels like a chance for a semifinal run. Bethel with a healthy Roste could have been similar, I think a first round exit is more likely than emerging from our quad right now. But I'd love to be proved wrong. If we got SJU game 1 Roste we could go toe to toe with anyone in our bracket. I'm just not sure we have the depth to survive the attrition that will be required to get through the Trinity pod though.

Exactly my feelings.  If we could've just scored a first round bye  :D

As is, I'm unfortunately guessing we see something similar to last game where he takes a hit and has to exit the game.

SJU v Northwestern game notes are out.  Yet again, the Johnnies are backs against the wall in the TOP battle.

EDIT: More importantly, Trost is named as a starter.  I wouldn't be surprised to see him sit out this game, though.  He was two plays and finished against BU.  I'm not sure he's fit.

I didn't realize that Northwestern and SJU have a common opponent: UW-River Falls

SJU won 37-34 in week 2. Northwestern lost 63-27 the next weekend.

They also had Augsburg as a common opponent as well.

Ice agrees wholeheartedly with these assessments/thoughts. Ice felt with a healthy Rockin Roste this team could certainly make some waves in this tourney. Ice says it just appears that Roste is not/will not be close to 100% and from what we've seen out of the Rockin Royals when he has been out just won't cut it (Ice says this with no disrespect meant towards anyone). Ice is hoping for a very competitive game vs. what appears to be a very good Wheaton team.
