I see how you could think that, I probably could've been more clear. I didn't read the article. I assumed your comment about them returning was some insider information. So I was actually trying to imply that your scoop might be wrong.

But now that I've read the article, yeah sure I'll say they're violating eligibility requirements and I'm calling the FBI about it  :-*. This cannot be allowed to stand

Did Duffman turn on the AC yesterday  ;D ???

Ok Duffman turning on the furnace in late October with winter approaching is one thing.  The Duff  cranking on the A/C pretty much anytime is hard to imagine,  let alone in April.

Texas Ole

I lose the AC battle pretty quickly. Mine was on 2 weeks ago when my house reached 85*. I couldn't sleep in that heat.

Amateurs. Come to Melbourne. On January 28 just this year the temp hit 94 degrees and the AC was on. On January 29 it was 65 and the heat was on.

We get high-pressure cells over the Red Centre (the desert) and it blows hot air down, then a high-pressure cell comes up from Antarctica and it's like someone turned the global AC on.

We opened up our entire upper level last night...hallway and bathroom windows and kept our bedroom door open (dog passed away in January so we don't need to keep him in the room anymore)....nice breeze and the airflow was amazing...even got a little chilly...Saturdya through next Sunday might be a different story with the low dipping back into the 30's!!!

Hard truths spoken on the MIAC board.

I used to be big into craft beer, but I've drifted away. It seems that some craft brewers make a bunch of IPAs and all they do is put in a sh** ton of hops and call it a day. A good IPA has some nuance to it--not just "dump in all the hops you have."

I've been into the Hazy IPA's for a while. The bite is a little tamer, and the flavor is a little varied IMO. Foggy Geezer and Juicy Haze are go to's for me.

It blew my mind when I pulled up Ben's bio and saw he is going into his fourth year in the NFL. Pretty awesome for him!

Contract year as well, if I remember correctly. Time to shoot the lights out and sign up them really big bucks.

New clock rules in D1 (and D2?). Not sure I'm a fan. I always thought college football 4th quarters were more exciting in large part because the clock would stop on first downs

Continuing tough times at SCSU.  https://www.startribune.com/st-cloud-state-to-phase-out-6-majors-cut-23-faculty-amid-looming-18m-deficit/600269002/

St. Cloud State University will phase out six majors and cut three dozen jobs in the wake of a looming $18.3 million deficit projected for the upcoming school year, according to leaders at the central Minnesota school.

The majors to be phased out are philosophy, theater, nuclear medicine technology, real estate and insurance at the undergraduate level, as well as marriage and family therapy at the graduate level.

If you are a Twins fan like I am, here's a good follow on Twitter:

@MNTwinsZealot

Don't know the guy, but he knows his stuff. Good history and current takes.

And he doesn't tweet too much, but he's got something to say year "round.

This current team has a lot of possibility. Let's enjoy the ride.  8-)
