Well, Hawthorn lost to Port by just one point on a tragic score will just eight seconds to play.  Sigh.  But the Hawks played really well.  The team is fast improving and is a genuine challenge to all but the very top teams.  The boys are still the youngest squad on the paddock and will be close to that next year again.  We'll have some great results over the next few seasons if they can stay focused on improving like they have been.

This week we play Grand Finalist runner-up Brisbane.  Brisbane have fallen off a performance cliff and are not going to make the finals.  A chance for the fellas to take a big scalp here.

New podcast has dropped - lots of talk about the 40 team tournament and how it will change things.

PS. BU Rocket Team flew this past weekend and we think we did well, but won't get final results for a few weeks. We know we were the only team to take no penalties by hitting all the time allowance marks. And only one other team had both of their competition flights go well. Lots of "rocket rain" fell from the sky that day.

Hawthorn outwork and out play Brisbane to take their fourth win in six weeks. The Hawks squad is really starting to fire and are a very outside chance of making the finals with this form. We play Adelaide at the MCG next weekend. A very important match for both teams.

Thanks guys. He certainly has a passion for the sport.

After watching him play all through high school and college it should be less stressful to watch him coach.

But maybe not!  ;)

That call was more exciting than a UFC title fight. "Is that Ricky Bobby?  I can't tell from here."
