Not a lot of activity on the college dance post patterns boards, so I will put this here. Heading down to Orlando this coming weekend to watch the CSB dance team at Nationals. Hope to see some of you at the tailgate!

Finally had a chance to listen to the last podcast because I've had a tumultuous 10 days. I had a high school buddy pass very unexpectedly while taking a nap on Friday the 3rd, whose funeral was on Wednesday in New York State, South of Buffalo. Then on Sunday the 5th, one of our good friend's wife also passed from cancer. She had just been diagnosed in November, so it also was rather abrupt. Make sure that those you love know it because you never know when it will be the last time for them to hear it from you.

It was a very nice way for Matt Jung to finish his time at Bethel by being selected as the D3 Football Defensive player of the year.

  As a long-time (and long-suffering) Panthers fan I've been wondering when the Sam we came to know here would reappear. I guess I have my answer.

The greatest event for me regarding enjoying the NFL was Bartch getting drafted.  Any success for him, no matter how small, is a great reward as the odds were always stacked so hard against him.  Now I'm very even keeled on the Vikings.  They do well?  They do poorly?  It matters not.  I wonder how Bartch is going...

That's where I've arrived too.  I last got emotionally attached to them in the 2017 season where they got hammered by Philly in the NFC conference championship.  Since then - I still watch them, and would prefer success - but it doesn't bother me when they lose.

Not sure if it's age, or busy in life with kids, but I don't mind skipping the angst.
