Back from Florida after a 4 day vacation to watch my sister take home the MVP trophy. Always a good time.

But speaking of Karma...mine has tumbled 6 points in my absence after falling one a day for the previous week or so. Someone went to some serious work to drop me down and I obviously wasn't doing any posting. Who's serving the Hate-orade?? Pat, is someone holding a grudge here? What gives?

Willy, congrats to your sister.

I can't wait until SJU comes to the CatDome.....do they still lay on the field and pretend to do "angels in the snow" while looking up at the cloud formations? I remember that as being very cool. Especially since I thought they looked like a bunch of dorks, then they kicked our butt! Oh my....  can't wait for the season to start....!

In terms of the mysterious Karma hoochie, my guess would be Linfield and WIAC lurkers quietly hammering away.

The special on Gagliardi was an original done by Fox North.  Sunday was the first airing.  Apparently they will run it periodically over the next few weeks as filler etc.  It was a terrific piece - very well done.  A nice historical perspective and give some insight as to how John has evolved his teams over the decades, some nice family insight as well.  Better than the recent National coverage that just focused on how John does things today.  Thumbs up FSN!

Bluenote and desertcat, I'm praying that the Johnnies get to travel to McMinnville on December 3 for the West Region Championship. Friday afternoon hitting the wineries in the Willamette Valley, Friday night at the Elks' Club, enjoying all the smoked salmon I could ever want and watching the Johnnies once again defeat the defending national champions from the NWC Saturday afternoon (as we did in 2000 when we beat PLU in OT in Tacoma). Phone it in! Leave No Doubt! 0-4!

Thanks guys and right back atcha. I seem to be back in the positives. We'll see how long that lasts now...

As for seeing TDT...I didn't see him. I had informed him about 3 weeks ago that I would be heading down his way and extended the invitation for him to come watch the games with me and my family. He was all excited to see some ladies and offered to throw in some free golf for us.

Then the day came and he was all like "Welllll......you see, TDT likes girls but right now TDT has these construction workers in their orange vests - without shirts! - working across the street from TDT doing hurricane cleanup. TDT thinks TDT is going to watch them...TDT means help them all weekend instead. But TDT likes the ladies."

I was confused for a minute, but then remembered he is one strange guy. I'm not going to judge.

Anyway, what's the plan for Saturday? I think I am headed to UST.

I was back on Pg#426  & noted Johnnie Red had the  NEGATIVE karma

Who could ever smite Johnnie Red  This must be some sick freak!  Would all MIAC posters agree??

OAS  also does so much for this site as well as for the MIAC & doesn't get what he deserves IMO.

It is by far not a perfect system,just doing my part for what it is worth
